What a really not nice at all day frog, blowing strongly as well as the rain (you can have some of mine as well if you want 😉) even though not as heavy as it said. I am grateful and amazed how I swung quite such perfect weather for myself by comparison on Sun, it was very nice indeed thanks to get out for a change and also to tick something off. Tired today; I went off for a mini catnap and went off like a light this afternoon 😬 glad I have not too much to do this week, will have to try and ring for bloods and play the Happy Families-style receptionist quiz (have you got any Wednesday dinnertime appts? well then how about Tuesday mornings?? I always want to just look over their shoulder and see what they have got 😂) but that's all. Hope you had a good walk this morning; sorry it is not a good weekend forecast for you & Paul, you do need nice weather, shall hope for it to do a swerve 🤞. Glad you got some nice seed collecting in, no watering today at any rate Elfie has tided me over beautifully I shall sneak a look and see what he is browsing on catazon & let you know 😉 anything I had an eye on has gone up in price since I looked, so there is plenty of room in my basket 😂. Just must buy a birthday card and probably some bite & sting cream at this rate, I am itching ferociously 😣 hope you are still unmolested. Hello Joan, oh there is a hosepipe ban then, I do keep hearing rumours but I don't think we have one 🤔 there will be enough rain to help this week a bit by the looks. I remember about the riding school now you've said but it had slipped my mind, like a lot of things 😳 it's good you had the benefit of it and Sue even if less so because I suppose it's possible to not like horses even if brought up around them. Glad you had a nice takeaway anyway and hope you do get to group even if you do need a little sugary assistance. I like the idea of a universal medicinal password 😂 in fact it would be ideal for a pharmacy website, I mean chemical formulas all there isn't it all the requirements capitals numbers special characters 😂 (yes g**gle I was searching 'poisons', no it's not for the phantom neighbours 😉). Yes typical of life to scupper your good intentions, and make you win at cards without meaning 🤷‍♀️ mind you if you can teach me the art of winning without trying maybe we could apply to the lottery - 'I'm picking these really unlikely unlucky numbers' - it might have its uses. Morning Toady how are you? I hope you made the most of not watering yesterday I think we may be off the hook for today too as it's still wet outside and not windy. As long as we don't get too much sunshine ☀ I am glad your visit came off one ✔ for you. Elfie is great at watering very fast and washing up too he had mine done in about 2 minutes dried and put away bless him.

I'm so glad you have a quieter week it's not too bad for me either here apart from a two bus journey to pick up Penelope. Paul is away so no good to me sadly 😕 sis can't drive that far yet it scares her bro is at work. I can manage and actually quite enjoy the rides and eavesdropping🤫

Ah well yes bites. Sorry to say I have one now on my arm grrr! I use anthisan (sp) it's a cream and the best I've ever found. Though nothing really helps apart from time really.

I got 4 really funny birthday cards oddly enough from catazon last time I was using it for specific people. I expect for Elfie it is likely to only be T shirts he really isn't a greedy boy. He is however a chilly one and is under his blankie on the settee due to the change in weather bless him. Sorry the things you were after have gone up in price though that's not good at all.

Did Sleek tell you about how proud I was of her yesterday morning? She shot out of the door at lightening speed then I heard a cat fight (stand off) a much younger and bigger cat made the mistake of coming into her garden! There's certainly life in the 'old' cat yet isn't there. The bigger cat was most definitely retreating. Go Sleek! Of course I called her in and the other cat shot off and will hopefully be more careful in future.

Might not get actual rain today frog but it did get a decent amount yesterday, maybe not enough if it heats up as you say, will double check. Haven't lost much I don't think but a lettuce plant bit the dust literally, should have been moved further into shade, my fault. Sorry about your bite spoke too soon 😬 yes arms here too, four or five, I just dab with a bit of lavender or tea tree on a damp cloth. It is definitely chillier so long trousers won't be an imposition will they, I will be not far behind Elfie in thinking about blankies - nowhere near as warm overnight was it - but hoping for a nice long run of 25 degrees ish yet 🤞. I will try next week for 'phlebotomy snap' 😂 - I'm not there so often that I merit regular appts, the tricky bit is knowing how you'll feel any more than a few days ahead. Don't think there is any book your own type system online etc either, you can understand that but again you & I know we wouldn't be making appts unnecessarily so a VIP list could work in theory 😁. Hope your 2-bus trip works out ok, oh yes nothing like snippets of others' conversations, well you can't help hear can you 🤷😄. Hope Paul getting on ok too. Oh well done Sleek full marks for feistiness 😀 lovely to hear she was rolling her sleeves up and not having any of that, quite right 👍😾 trespassers will be pus*ycatted! Joan I've just made my bloods appt for the same day as your phone one, so I shouldn't forget either. A fortnight ahead to get bloods is so much worse than it used to be, you could get one within the next few days 🙄 it's the new surgery's fault. The 31st is cutting it fine for me but if you ring for cancellations etc you could be doing it day in day out 🤷‍♀️. I hope they'll be satisfied that yours resolved by changing the tablets 🤞. I will have to book my boiler service soon it's hard to say which I look forward to least but I think I'd rather have blood taken, at least it's quick 😄. Hope your day is going ok 😘 xx
