one last drink to take to bed.....well the sofa as cant get upstairs safley tonight(very narrow and steep} taken all me meds and 2 sleepy pills as im in bits and cant stay awake all night again tonight

im a short **** so fit on the sofa nicely. i need some sleep im shatered and hurt bad, lots of wheat bags to help with the pain, did concider getting an electric blanket but not sure if it would help what do you think,

I personally stick to the wheatpacks as they're 'moveable', so you can put them where they need to be, the downside is obviously they don't stay warm all night.. Sorry you're having a rough time, know what that's like.. Hope you're ok

Afternoon one and all. Trust everyone is as ok as possible. Warming hugs all round, it is darned cold here, hence I have cranked up the heating.
Still taking the AB's, feeling just a bit more human today, still barking like a Badger and awash with mucus (sorry, that's too much information) :shock: . Hopefully I am over the worst of it. Felt so ill yesterday.

Pot of T made, lemon drizzle cake, with cornish ice cream. I will go take my next mound of pills and then a little nap is on the cards.

Aaahgh! Soya milk...........think it must be an acquired taste.....but I've never acquired it. On the other hand, I do like jellied eels...........

Could I please have an ordinary cuppa, large, sweet and strong?
and some cheesy biscuits?

Evening, Sorry i didnt get in here last night, had a flare up of IBS & put it this way i didnt sit here for long :oops: Went to bed for an hour or so of hot sweats whilst freezing cold :roll:

My elbows killing me & walking is an art form at the mo :roll:

I must have a look in the fridgge as i must be due a double helping of eclairs :P

Hope everyones as well as can be.

I'm with you on the IBS Debs, I should've known better than to actually easy something I like... In a lot of pain with it now.. On a better note, my knees are starting to settle down a bit...
