have popped in for a quick cuppa with my last pain-killers, before I hit the rash with all the bedtime lotions & potions :roll:

If you are topping up the fire please take care as Cris will likely be deep in the embers after having got very very cold today chasing & dealing with 7 escapees :shock: She was off to try and get warm , so the embers are likely the place to find her

Hi Debs, yep.. apparently I must have had it for yrs but didn't know what it was, used to be just steak, but now any beef etc, then tonight was roast duck.. What next, jammy dodgers :shock:

Tony funnily i had braised steak Friday & 2 glasses of white wine. Seems it gonna strip me of everything i like but i did stop taking IBS meds for a week :oops: Im putting on loads of weight & bloating belly isnt suiting me. I was only 8st when arthur first struck now im geting on for 11 :oops:
Im trying baggy jumpers & legging but there making me look worse, Got any fashion tips?
Red meat, i only have that once a week if that. sometimes the nearest we get to red meat is mince. Good job i hang around the reduced section on me crutches in tescos. but it doesnt stop them pushing me out the way for the bargains :shock:

A very hard up debs (esp as cars off road til Tues & that £268 that weve got to borrow to get it fixed)

am taking mebeverine that seems to be helping, docs wanted me to stop but as soon as I did it came back quite bad, so I cut from three a day to two, been ok till tonight...
I am going the other way at the minute, lost about 10lbs in maybe 9weeks now, not really eating though, not a great diet tip just in case you ladies are wondering

Tony, im on the same meds & stupidly tried to stop them cause of bloat.
I only eat once a day & only take one which has been helping (Dont tell me gp) the went to 0 & bang, big a da boom :roll: :oops: :oops:

Haha, TMI, but yeah............... :roll:
And I kept saying to OH that I felt bloated, not fat, if you know what I mean, and now am losing it, don't have the bloated feeling.. Don't think they want me taking the mebeverine long term though.. Jeez, I take so many I can't remember what they said about what and what to look out for with what :shock:

Morning to anyone around, what's all them mimix posts about then? Some kind of spam maybe? OOOH, I don't like spam, or any processed meats really :shock:
I'll put some logs (gently just in case you know who is asleep) on the fire and get the kettle boiling.. Managed about 5 hours sleep so not too bad

Thanks Tinks, I wasn't sure how long I was supposed to rest them and to what extent, I have done a bit of walking round the house and we went out last night (in dad's car) to the restaraunt, but apart from that have rested them.. My back is playing up a little now anyway so won't be going jogging today, lol
