Hi All, same as everyone else on this thread, new to the forum. I was diagnosed in 2005 with RA whilst serving in the Royal Navy. I managed to see see out the rest of my 22 year service and left in 2015. I have had horrendous flare ups and bad days but generally managed to cope.
I am in my 50's and had a left hip replacement in May 2022. I used to be very active before my hip became a real problem. I find it hard to find sound information in terms of what it is safe to do post hip replacement. e.g. can anyone advise me how to safely get in and out of a bath?!!! Any tips most appreciated :-)
