Have you tried Almond oil and Lavender? I had that done on my neck, it is so warm and does help with pain. I think you use 2 parts Almond Oil to one part Lavender them massage it in and cover with a towel.

You can feel the heat coming throung,

I've finished my cuppa, given the cat half a Tuc biscuit for her supper and have finally finished the night chores and taken the night meds...............

I've had a much better last couple of days off work and got two lovely emails from a friend which really made me smile.
Will test the hip out tomorrow at work and if it no better will see the doc for some stronger meds next week, it really has been playing up lately.

Bought a cat in, it was sitting shaking with the cold, I have fed him and given him some milk.


Ee#rrrr I cut a square well sort of a square out the blanket for her to sleep on. eeerrrmmm I did get a bit carried away sorry. I thought the cat was bigger. :shock:

At least the cat is nice and warm and dry now, she is purring away now she has had some food. Not sure what Marigold thinks of her but they seem to be getting on ok.

morning all hope you dont mind but have used 4 purple cow pats for my knees and ankles as i just dont know what else to try i would go back to bed but it means going back up the stairs , so i will sit by the fire and drink tea and stuff my self stupid x

good morning all would have joined you in the night but sons girl friend ended up staying over lol so could not come in front room gggggrrrrrrr. was awake half the night joints not happy (perhaps i should not have cut down on pain meds) covers felt like metal so heavy.
oh what a lovely cat and it just settled on my lap so sweet will have to get it some chicken love its blanket does remind me of some one elses lol
