    Hello, goodmorning everyone.
I've made it through the night. I had to cushion each hip over a cushtie cushion, pillow propping my back up OMG you should have seen me. It was dark anyway.
Lynn, well done, hope you get on alright with your Par.Wax Bath. I can't use mine at the mo. Ironing burn on the back of my hand. sore.
Well done with gents loo. Don't expect it will make much difference.
Do they know what a loo brush is for? About pulling the chain, the answer I get. "It saves water". Can't they smell?
I'm sure they think loos clean themselves.
Why is it that 'stronger sex' can't stand doing dirty jobs in the house, but like to get themselves dirty doing motor bikes or cars?

After that, I am going to do some porridge, anyone fancy some?
Have you ever had Whiskey with it? Not bad. might do my toothache good?
Now, how do you milk this purple cow? Purple Marigold. Sounds something like a drug or something. Hope we don't get a police raid someone might give them a tip off that we have a Purple Marigold in the cafe

Think I might go back to bed after breakfast. Take it easy today  Now, when have I ever taken it easy?

    See ya later

Pity you got to go out in the cold. Should keep warm.
We only had a light dusting of snow but did you see the moon last night? Beautiful. only minus 2 degrees.

I'm trying to convince myself that Chiro is the right road to go down for the OA. The bruising you get in all the joints and muscles is uncomfortable but basically she is untrapping nerves which cause the pain, pins and needles etc. My left hip is not so painful at the mo but now my right hip is so bad. I do feel stronger, movement is easier. I then find I can get virtually 1 or 2 days pain free. Will these increase with more sessions? Only prob is, I don't think I can afford any more sessions. I know I can't get any of this on the NHS. I'm seeing my Rheumy on Wednesday so will see what he says.

As you can imagine, I didn't go back to bed.
done the shopping, come home, I put away while OH sits down takes it easy.
I tell him he has to make his own sandwiches because I am off bread and we have just bought some new crusty loaves OMG do they smell B'ful. What is it about lovely new baked bread.

I'm suppose to be cutting down on potatoes too. Those jacket potatoes smell lovely. What fillings are we having? Think I will have baked beans. and plenty of butter.

That sunshine is really hot when you are standing in it. On the other side of the road, the thin smattering of snow is still there, not melted. Reminds you of the French Alps, Not been there mind you, but have seen pictures of it. Now, that is where I would like to be at the moment, pretend that I haven't got arthur and go skiing :lol:

Maybe we can get all those bored fellas in to help us build a conservatory...........I'd have liked one today overlooking a garden. The sun has been glorious........shame I'm banned from going out in the cold too much, would have liked a walk........maybe tomorrow if it isn't quite so cold.
