Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
    All the kings' horses,
    And all the kings' men.
    Had scrambled eggs,
    For breakfast again.
    ********************
Morning all. sorry I'm late again. Had such a bad night and then slept late. Now, how many times have we heard that one.

Hope everyone is as well as can be expected. What a miserable day.
Just been reading some emails and this verse was amongst a long one. Thought it could be put on the wall. Appropriate.

I've put so much painkillers down my throat during the night, rubbed stuff on, TENS machine you name I've done it. It's always the same, as soon as I have done a bit of walking, I am in terrible pain.
I'll have one of those iced buns that Tricia likes and a cuppa coffee before I crack on with my painting.

    Hi Cris, morning.

I hate this damp. Must have finally slept. I think OH was restless too, after receiving yet another horrible email from his son in Canada. How can anyone have to much hate in them.

Not going to think about him today.
Going to sit in here, milk the pink cow. Will do some tidying up.
Nice pies here look very tasty.

    Lovely cuppa, thanks cris

Morning all! Have just staggered out of bed and feeling hungry....

Val, hope it all settles down soon, you have been going through it....
Joy, you too and Jan..........it must be this weather - it's pi$$ing down here now and soooo dark.

Barbara, I'd love some of that magic dust.............will it clean the house for me?

Cris, save me some blue eggs, we've got a local farm here they do the blue and green eggs, always get them if I can. Don't think they taste any different, but I love the way they look.
We get duck eggs occasionally too, hubby likes those.

Going to have soup and a buttered roll for lunch can't be bothered with anything else.

Rehab, enjoy your T'ai Chi...............just be careful!

    Hi Joy,

I keep missing you sorry.... Another cuppa and I wish I knew what to say about the email an hate thing. I think all you can do is remember not to let other peoples problems (and he clearly has issues there) become your own. Its never easy and well a ((((( ))))) for you and your OH cus its got to be so hard to have this. You take care and if your bored later could you help with the calves again  Cris xx

Hi Cris, are you still here, hope I haven't missed you again. I think it is about time AC made this Cafe real.

Lovely cuppa and I've suddenly got a craving for toast. I think I'll have some here. I won't wait till I get home or it will make me put on weight.
I cannot understand how, when I stood on the scales two days ago I weighed 2lbs lighter than I did yesterday, when I hardly ate a thing. Was too late to have breakfast before I left for the hospital and then we did shopping on the way home. So I had breakfast for lunch and my main meal in the evening. Disheartening isn't it.

I'm not going to think of step son any more. He doesn't exist. He sent a terribly hurtful and F....word email back to me this morning which was very painful to read. I tried to do my best. As an outsider to him, I tried to explain to him what I thought the problem was between his father and him and all he does is abuse me back. He is and has been a very deceitful, selfish person who never listened to good advise.. That doesn't really describe him. I just feel sorry for his wife and the twins when they are born. We have heard through the grapevine that he is very angry that Christine is expecting twins.. His one and only friend on this side of the ocean tells his old workmates, so that when we go into Tescos, we learn about what he is doing rather than from himself. I'm afraid he does not exist anymore.

I'm getting tearful now so I'm going to go and do a couple of hours art with my favourite music on.

    See you all later everyone.
Have a good restful day. joy.

Joy you are right, forget him and immerse yourself in art.......

Cris, I like the sound of stablisers.........how about one of those stools with lots of castors on attached round my middle? Take the seat off and stand inside it.......I hope you get the drift, I know what I mean..............with a little thought and some poles and things I could attach an umbrella to it as well.......

I've had my lunch and a cuppa.......going back to bed again, but hopefully won't sleep for so long; if I feel like this, I must need the sleep!

    Hi Joy,

Flower people are hurtful and they can get a kick out of it but he doesn't sound a nice person and please don't let him upset you. its often a power thing and just ignore him and don't take his problem on.

The weight thing..... did you weight your self at the same time of day? Either way your dong really well and it does fluctuate sometimes but then drops off again very quickly.

Will leave you another cuppa and then get back out side where its raining so I slunk back in again.... xx

    Hi Annie,

That’s what I am thinking but cus of mud I need pram wheels :lol::lol: Keep eyeing up kids wheels....... I really can't..... imagine coming back to find the pram on blocks......:lol::lol::lol:

    You want anther builders? xx

Right more energy please and 2 builders for Joy and Annie and one for me and I shall have a nice blue egg on toast

Can I just have a hot chocolate, and six Wonky hugs please. Gentle!! Pain in shoulders, and down to my elbows, kept waking me last night, and been awful all day.

I`m not supposed to take anti-inflams because of BP, but, sorry, I just had to, pain is so bad. I`m sure one day won`t have too much effect.........Ange.

Oooooolovely, sticky buns, thank you. and a cuppa thanks again.
I have had a lovely afternoon painting. Thanks for the compliment Jan. I'm just about finished doing a bluebell wood. I have done several bluebell woods. They seem to sell somehow.

Know what you mean about swimming. I use to love it and managed to swim 44 lengths at one time but now I worry about my neck and my hips and feet/ankles hurt last time I tried. Glad your xray ok. I think sometimes the worry about the unknown can make us ill.

Hi Val, Berty and Toni, cheerful as ever. How did your trip into town go Berty?

Oh Cris, I had a nightmare last night. I was trying to round up your calves and got stuck up to my waist in thick mud which was the same colour as Burnt Umber. I was using it in my painting just now andit made me remember the nightmare.

Hello Annie. Glad your appt went well.
sorry we kept missing each other last night. it was busy all the same
I suppose I will have to go and get the meal soon afterI have had this coffee.
    Bye

    Hello there Jan.
Try not to be nervous. You will be fine It's probably all this worry which has sent your BP up which in turn has given you a flare up.
Anxiety can cause loads of probs.
We will all be thinking of you and missing you like mad.
Just keep your head down and size up the situation at the beginning. Just take every thing in. Now that Aunty Joy has give you a lecture, you must settle down and relax.

Sorry Annbr. I didn't see you in the cafe earlier. Looks like you were another not having a good night last night. Can I suggestyou get some camomile tea and some of your local honey. You only need a spoonful in the tea. I find that it normally helps me get to sleep. Doesn't always as last night proved to me but with having BP, I know what you mean about taking anti-inflammatories. I can't take too many myself.

    Love from Joy

    Hi to Everyone

I hope you are all ok today.

    Jan

Throw the Oramorph away. Don't take it again Jan. Glad you are bit better now.

    Cris

Blue eggs, green ones too, never heard of that, I must join Val, lead a shelterd life.

Are there any left so I can try one?

I'm very wheezie today. I'm not flowing and peaking at the right time or the right way around, I think.

    Joy

    Has your headache gone??

    Annie

You manged to get some rest this afternoon?

    Cris

You need a fork lift truck, we will have to have a whip round, see if we can find the money to buy you one. That will really help you. :D

It takes ages to read all what goes on in here.

No Chris yet?? She might have gone shopping.

A large coffee, don't fancy anything to eat yet.

If I missed anybody out I'm sorry

    Just caught up with stepson.

You should try and forget about him Joy. I know that might be hard but I think it is the best you can do.

You leave him, maybe one day he will want you both back in his life.
How can he be so angry because he is having twins. I feel sorry for them already.

How is your DIL Joy is she getting any better??

Found out earlier today in a long phone call I'm to be a aunt again in June/July. I'm already aunt to 4....... 3 girls and a boy.

Well, will have a coffee and sit by fire.
