Just popped in for a cuppa and a croissant, and a handful of energy as a top up.

    Morning everyone
I was up and logged on at 7 30 but no one in. apart from marigold and cuddles.
So, logged onto Lottery site, thought I would do 2 lines for Euro out of my winnings from yesterday. What wold Ido with £58m?
dream on - I can hear delboy saying it now.
Anyway beeps, hope you all had fairly good nights. I did except I think I know why I have hurt my back again. It's getting out of bed. I twisted myself again. I just haven't got the strength to lift myself up or strength in my legs to push myself. OH was fast asleep and poor thing is not very good at all. Can hardly walk, his feet are so painful. right pair we are.
I'm off for my chiro session now and then over to Oundle to take my clock. Had it repaired just over 12 months ago and it has stopped working again. Hope it isn't going to cost too much. It's worth quite a lot and my parents bought it in 1975 orthereabouts. My two children were with them when they bought it and it has sentimental value as much as anything.
Has a lovely chime on it.
What are all of you doing today?

I had some pineapple juice this morning Tricia. Lovely. I bought a pineable y'day to. Enjoyed that after our meal last night. They are only about £1 in Tesco. Very cheap at the moment.
Cheerio Val, Annie, Cris, everyone. See you later

Joy oh save me a doughnut

I had a very good night, but beginning to flag now so it must be time for elevenses.........I fancy a cinnamon roll to go with the builders.

The sun is shining, I have put out a load of washing, we have been and done a big shop, put it all away and tidied up - that's more in a couple of hours than I've done in the last two weeks!

Hope everyone is feeling better today, it's been pretty grim all round this week............the only way is up, hopefully.........

Having crashed out after the surge of energy this morning, I have just had lunch....veggie soup and an onion roll.

The meds are messing me up big time at the moment, but at least I'm feeling much more myself.

Anyone else want a builders/coffee/pineapple juice?

I've brought Cuddles some catnip to roll in as she can't go out for a while, she seems quite happy and is purring. Ah, she's coming to sit on my lap for a while.

Now where's that mouse? We'll have to find a safe place to keep it before Del boots it out..........

    Hi all

All alone today, and feeling a bit lonely, so please can I join you? A slice of chocolate cake and a cup of tea, plus your good company would cheer me up no end.

    Hi Toni and Annie

Thank you very much for the choccy cake and the welcome. Cornish clotted would be very decadent but very nice, thanks. No comments about a moment on the lips, and a lifetime on the hips!! Don't care today!!

    HI all,

just calling in for a quick cuppa and a bucket of energy please ... got to go to church and wash all the new cups (24) and saucers (48). Hubby going with me to help since he is not at work today.

we've been to see the GP cos we got worried in case something that happened might have been related to the tests he had last year ..... thankfully they don't think that it is anything to worry about ....... unless it stays or gets worse  so to forget about it yet monitor it  :lol::lol:

Trisher ... sorry I don't know any more about the bed lever yet - but what I will do when I go again (2 weeks time) is ask her for the details so I can send them to you .... I am sure that your OT might be able to help you with the same sort of thing. I promise I won't forget!

Left more hugs under the blanket & some cream cakes in the fridge ........ see yo all later

    hugs

    Hi Toni

I didn't realise that everything was calorie free!! In that case, I will definitely have the clotted cream!! Might even have second slice too!!
