    Hi Chris, headache better for the moment, am plugged in now so will be around for an hour or so.

    Glad you have done the chores, job satisfaction, eh? You can chill out again without feeling guilty...........errrrm, could you come and tackle my ironing?

    It's been quite an evening, I think they are all either watching telly or exhausted......it's been like that!

    Just about ready for another builders.........

    Annie there is no job satisfaction with housework :? It's tedious, boring and will need doing all over again in a day or too :lol::lol:
    I want one of them cyber cleaners that was mentioned earlier.

    Jan is stuck on her Sawyer prog, am guessing the others having a rest with all those lovely Wonky hugs. They are bloomin' marvellous.

    Just popped in to see who's around, have a cuppa and wish everyone a peaceful night, sweet dreams (not of sheep and farm bogs) Probably driving round Norway if I know me.
    If things had been OK with OH and his son then we could have changed plans and made it Canada. Gone to see the twins, which are due in August. Never mind. If that had happened, can only imagine OH telling one son how to be a good father.

    I'm just going to have a lovely cuppa and some biccies and then to bed.

    And what is everyone doing tomorrow. I bet you are losing a bit of patience now Jan. All this checking and re-checking sending for this and sending for that. You could be earning now couldn't you?
    I rang my old friends at work. Things haven't changed there.

    Also had a notification of an old school reunion. Last time I went, didn't recognise anyone and when I found out that most of the people there were in classes below me, well. .
    I won't go thank you very much. I have coffee occasionally with my one and only proper school friend from time to time and that will do for me. At least I could always trust her.
    Seems hard to think that we have known each other for 54 years.

    Will have another brew and slope off soon myself. Don't even feel a tad guilty today as did get a few things crossed off the 'to do' list.

    Hope you all finally got off to sleep in the end. Trisher hope the chest is a bit better this moring and Cris that the effects of the tabs stopped making you wired!!!

    I am late this morning, I am ready for a very large builders and some buttered toast.
    I slept in after taking a sleeping pill which seems to have done the trick at the moment, head is a lot better this morning.

    Dry here, but miserably overcast........hope it brightens up! We're told snow here on Tuesday.

    Slept like a baby all night. Normally have to get up few times in the night.
    Sore bones and muscles after my chiro. It will settle down though.

    Sun's shining. It looks like another day planning our route. We've got ferry details back now and found a cheaper route. That helps. OH wants to do 200 miles aday and I was looking at doing 150.
    I was thinking of my bones. Never mind. I expect we shall have more than one falling out of this trip.

    Hope to have a couple of hours painting just to try and relax a bit. And I've got some new books come. There i am trying slow down.

    anyone seen anything of the guys today. Particularly one in a mac They all seemed to be about yesterday.

    I would love a round of hot, buttered toast with some strawberry jam and of course my mug of tea.Dont think I could cope with a bucket of tea.Might get stuck in the loo all day,

    Haven't really served up mint sauce for anyone here who is a veggie

    Angelica next door is, dil is They do put mint into soups and salads though. Ifyou make spinage, watercress soup or anything like that if you put a few mint leaves in too. lovely.

    Hello Cris. We are always missing each other. I had a wonderful nights sleep thank you. Head down at 12 and woke up again at 6 30. then went back to bed again for 2 hrs. Not bad

    Rehab. I don't really know who is manageress - none of us know about your mac. I don't think so anyway. I would join you in a liquid lunch with pleasure, but cannot drink alcohol while I am having chiropractic sessions. don't know why.

    Anyway, looks like everyone is out, asleep or watching rugby so I'll pop by later. Get back to my Norwegian trip planning. Got as far as Tronso now. Shame that we can't sail to Norway from Newcastle any more. It's Harwich to Norway via Denmark now.
    Shall now start looking for our hotel stops. Don't think I have been on a package hol since the 60's.
