    Well, it looks like everyone has gone awol. Plenty on earlier.

    This thing about having your own dr. Doesn't work does it? My dr has now started working part time. He sent message to say he needed to medicine review and so I ring up, he's away for two weeks. He only works two days a week now. He is the only one I can relate to and the only one who knows what I am going through, and it was necessary to have at least two of the items.
    Receptionist says that, oh anyone can do that for you, so I am given a standin. She keeps me waiting 3/4 hr. Finally I go in and she is in such a 'state' because her previous patient was difficult.
    She rushes through my prescription list like a dose of salts, tick tick and tick. She didn't check my BP, which is necessary because I have high BP.

    As soon as the results come through I shall make appt with my usual gp and tell him that I wasn't a happy bunny.

    I'll just stop for a cuppa and see if anyone joins me. reading previous peeps, sounds like they all need an early night, like me.

    I think I am going to have an early night too. Feel absolutely worn out so I shall have a hot bath and get all my toys together to take to bed with me and with a bit of luck there will b room for OH.

    I hope you all hve a good night especially Annie, cris, val, trisher, barbara, jan, julie and anyone else I have missed. Let's hope the fairy of energy wafts over everybody tonight :roll: :roll: :roll: :lol:

    One coffee with cream and grated chocolate, Trish, and my usual builders for me. How about a small bowl of this chicken soup? It's my special.......I've bought in a large urn full and will leave it ready to heat........

    Ooh Annie, that smells delicious. May I have some please, with a nice crusty, warm cob.

    I love that little piggy, but he`s stopping me eating me bacon butties. He just keeps looking at me sorrowfully, and making me feel so guilty.....Ange.

    Good evening everyone i too am flaring up have had a sleep this afternoon. Joy i will be relieved when work finish me, i work in retail a certain catalogue company and you do tend to spend more money especially when they have good offers on.

    Of course, Eastenders has finished. That's why no one was in.

    I don't follow it at all nor the others anymore. You can read what is going to happen now and make up your mind whether it is worth looking at.

    In Corrie, get fed up with Gail picking another bad one. How many more times are they going to do the same kind of story. I think she must go round with a hat on with "I'm a mug, pick me". written on it.
    Sorry everyone, they are prob the only interesting thing on tv a the moment, but don't hve the patience for them anymore.

    On Sunday alone up to 8 p.m. there had been 9 rpts along on BBC1.
    And then, they put 2 hrs Omnibus of Eastenders on. How many is that?
    After that, I had better shut up. don't mean to upset anyone, just expressing a personal view.

    Decided I need a large builders and some fortitude ready for the morning. Will take a large bucket with me to defrost overnight.

    I found some really jammy doughnuts too.........wonder who bought them in? Just had one..........lovely!

    I have felt so bad this time. I had to stay in bed all day Sunday. It's the pain and triedness.

    HI Trisher,

    was just coming on to pop a post on to say I'd not be on for a few days, and here you are on the look out for me :D thanks so much.

    HI all .... sorry havne't been able to read up on the goings on today.

    arm is not so good .... didn't get to see GP today but am going to really try to get an appointment for tomorrow evening. Shoulder, elbow and wrist much more swollen than usual, one finger doing a jig whenever it wants to and despite what I want it to do :shock: & lots of tingling :shock: so not good. Splints still helping though. :)

    Boiler broke down again today :( so been cold.
    BG coming in the morning to sort it out.

    Dad arriving in afternoon whilst I'm at CBT & is staying for a few days cos it's my cousins funeral on Wednesday morning at 11 am.
    Have had to change my nurse appointment for MTX & bloods so will be there on Thursday and Friday cos they can't do both at same time as they are so fully booked :roll:

    I'll try and pop on when I can, but energy is limited and typing is hard going.

    hope you are all ok and beating arthur at his own game.

    Look after yourselves and make sure you eat my share of the cakes please :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Glad the splints are helping you, not knocked hubby out yet?

    Hi wonky Trish hope you're feeling better in the morning, I've just had my meds and now I'm off to bed my wrist has been flared up most of the day, all I did was change a light bulb in my desk lamp oh well leaving (((((((()))))))) for anyone who needs one.     I haven't read back yet and don't think I can cus the eyes really aren't too good..... its cold and maybe its connected :roll: Hope you are both ok?
