    Cris, sorry about Sasha yesterday, she gets a bit like that when the wind is in the wrong direction, she was as good as gold today. Did have a bit of trouble with Jessie Jersey but I managed her in the end and I've got a sore wrist to prove it.
    Ooof! Carrot cake? Is there any? and a large builders with lots of sugar, please. I can clean up later if anyone else wants an early night.

    Hope the day has been kind to you all?

    Bucket of energy and I shall get the house elf to make me a sleeping draft cus its not been the best of days pain wise and I should also like some fruit pastels ( red and black of curse) :lol: and I think I might just eat a load of saffron and cream cus I have just had a huge fight with a sheep and a hoof........If she knew what was at steak she might be better behaved....... Cyber ones are so much easier :wink::lol::lol:

    Gosh, I've had a very restless night. I've got up in the end
    So much going on in my mind. I think I need to see gp again, they must be so fed up with me at the mo. But then, gp did say she would see me again if the pains were still bad after the antibiotics had all been taken. Need to see if she will contact the CTS nerve test team to bring my appt forward from 2/12. I'm struggling painfully. Hand looks like a lump of meat this morning.

    Also thinking about poor Jacqui and what she has gone thro this last week. She's had op to clear all synuses out & into the brain area. They also had to scrape the lining to her nose,so she is losing blood. Not healing well. The op took nearly 4 hrs instead of 2. The op carries big risks as you can imagine. Now, worse of it is I still cannot go and see her. Not while I have been ill, but all the time. Even OH can't go and see her. She is in strict quarantine now.

    I'm sure I've been asleep but it seems I have been lying there with my eyes open, weird sensation.
    Now, I've had a lovely cup of tea. Expect I shall be going to bed agin tis aftrnoon.

    Poor girl is she no better now? Can you take something to make you sleep?

    Do you get cramp in your hands? I'm waiting to have the nerve test done.

    Do you have to wear splints? I'm finding it hard to get on with then, I will try and keep going.

    hi gang sorry u all had bad night have set tables and emptied the dish washer tea in pot ready for all who wants some. off to town hardly any food in house cold getting better can manage not to have tissue stuck up it lol

    I expect it is because they are new. Try putting them into the washing machine (without the metal bit,that should come out) I'm getting more cramp in my right hand.
    The thumb on my left hand is just one large bony lump which starts at the nail up to the main knuckle. I have very short fingers which is a sign of Psoriatic arthritis. I'm beginning to think that all this pain is the arthritis and not the nerve. What if they can't do anything with it? I can hardly pick up my knife or fork atthe moment.

    I did take my higher dose of Pregabelin, 300mg instead of the 130 mg. They make me drowsy. Also took my full 4 Tramadols and
    Had two cups of Camomile tea.
    Nearly took some paracetamols, but didn't in the end.
    Perhaps i do too much on the pc. it was all those years typing and pc work that did the damage. also, dealing with the hospital files, how big and bulky some of them were. We had some in our department and the social workers at the hospital had them too. We use to pass them to each other whenever a client had to go into hospital. The hosp would org care at home for 6 wks, then Care Management assess again when the file came back to us. Well it was me who had to put them into the cupboards. I used my left hand an awful lot to move the files backwards and forwards, first to put files away and then again, to pull files out. Wear and tear. Wish i could sue.

    Have just spoken to my old workmates. Wish I was back there would you believe. The working plan has gone back to the way it was when I first started 10 years ago. They keep changing the structure so that all the good people are made to go. all the job titles are back the way they were.

    All that stress.

    perhaps I'm better off the way I am.

    Looks like I am the only one in this cafe today! makes achange.
    Just doing my xmas cards so thought I would have a cup of coffee.

    I make my own cards. I do one of my pictures, this year it is the floodlit church where I live, all spruced up with holly and bells with a special message inside and my note on the back of where it is and who it is painted by, moi :roll: 8) 8)
    Wish I could send one to all of you.

    joy card sounds lovely wish could see them. must see what cards i have got and if need some more when stop work will think of making them takes all my energy at the moment.think will have gingerbeer then find clothes for work that time again lol

    Maybe thats why you didn't sleep too good? If I take the 300 I feel wired up! Tied as hell but restless night is guaranteed. I then at some point go into a very deep sleep and feel horrible on waking..... It might be better to try 225 if you have any 75's around. Hope you get a better night tonight. Cris x
