    Good luck Julie, everything crossed. Morning trish, val, cris, delboy and all. Place looks super spotless. Promise I won't re-do everything again today.

    Will nip into town soon, few things to get, OH will take me, I like being chaufered (sp). No point me driving I would be in the nearest cut. :shock:

    Best have a preen and fuss, cannot go out with bed hair!

    Back from town, have some nice cookies and a very large swiss roll to share. Got some new slippers, might be a bit more stable, the others had just about given up the ghost.
    hope everyone is as ok as possible.

    Its black as soot over Pendle, waiting for the sunshine to arrive, takes a while in Lancashire :roll:

    I think a nice warm shower, super achy and slow today, such is Uncle Arthur - then I will be back to put the kettle on again and cut up the swiss roll. :D

    Well I'm back from meeting with DEA :roll: my manager was going to take me in her car its a little sports car with bucket seats :shock: as you can imagine i couldn't get into it so we went in a taxi. The meeting was a waste of time really as OC have allready said I'm not fit to work :roll: HR are just trying to cover there backs really, I've been off work for 21 1/2 years and they should have done this back then. So now just waitng to see what they offer me, think it will be dissmissal on health grounds. But I got a free lunch out of them and a taxi ride :)
    Now for a large cup of tea.

    No probs. Yes, OH took me into town, went to what we call the "selling out shop" lots of bits and bats and clothes and shoes and everything, all at knock down prices. Love it in there, went in for a couple of bits, spent £40 :oops: got new slippers, face creams for £3 instead of £30 OH got new sandles/shoes, loads of cleaning things. Then I said we needed a little trip into the supermarket (bless, the eyes were rolling, hates supermarkets). Home, lunch, shower, pills, now cup of T and then I will be done in for a while.

    Oh, this sunshine is so glorious! If anything is guaranteed to make me feel better, that is!

    A large builders...............haven't done much except stayed in bed, did get outside for a while, a little hobble around and then sat out there while hubby did the work (bless).

    That finished me off - had to go and lie down after that!

    I have been dropping hints that the lawn is growing and will need a hair cut this week end. I will make T and supervise from the patio 8) Glad you have enjoyed the sunshine, we are waiting for it, with bated breath. Fed the ducks who come to the back door, listened to all the birds singing, folks are busy with spring like jobs, neighbour opposite is slabbing a new parking spot, making me feel very tired.

    Hey everyone,

    What a lovely day, and just seen the forecast for the weekend for my area. 18 celsius! Wayhay! Can`t remember what that is in old money, mid 60`s I think. Angie is very happy. Me and the sun get on very, very well.

    I`m having a bacon buttie, and a builders in a pint mug. So refined!

    Did someone say the kettle was on. I'm going to treat myself tomorrow, I'm going to buy a memory foam mattress topper to see if it will help me sleep better. Did lay on my brothers and it was very comfy.
