    My day has not been too bad. Waiting for Annie she went to a hospital appointment today. I know she made some sandwiches to take with her but it is not like her not to let me know how she is.

    Unless she was bad this morning. She was ok yesterday. Perhaps she is asleep and will log on if she wakes up.

    What was wrong with your bloodtests Bubbles???

    as for how bad the house is ..... well it is better than it was a few days ago .... we did the best we could but there is so much stuff without a home ,,,, and so much dust :oops: :oops: but I'm making more of it than I should I know :roll: :roll: :roll:

    No WOnky, don't worry too much, (says me who would be frantic and working myself up in case there was something out of place, a case of as I say and not as I do.........) :roll: Hope all goes ok, I am sure it will.

    Hoping Annie is ok too. Glad your day has been ok :D

    My serum C reactive is raised and also my sedimentation rate, which I am guessing is the first stages of RA and or Sjogren's syndrome as I have been putting up with sore dry eyes, bone dry mouth, dry skin, neuropathy, joint pains. Anyway, will be seeing the nurse on Wednesday, they did say the Dr can ring me, but, being a nurse, albeit retired, I am pretty sure what is going on. We will end up gossiping about nursing when I go see her. I guess they will refer me on to Rheumatology........we will see.

    What sort of nursing did you do? Was it specialised in any way?

    General nursing, a bit of everything really, medical, surgical, A&E, loved elderly care and worked a long time in that field.

    Did you? I have spent a lot of time in hospital 11 months on one stay. 6 months on another, Gosh if you start counting them up it comes to a lot.

    That is a long time and yes, it does add up, time passes very differently when you are on the other side of the bed. I have had seven admissions, but only short ones, all for coronary things.
