    hi all sorry for those having bad day managed a day out with out getting wet had been raining here when we got back went to mansfield and had lovely meal in pub best home made food going

    k035.gif Evening to one and all, I will have a litte read back, I see dinner went west, oops, never mind, I have done exactly the same thing, with a lovely chicken and mustard casserole, thinking I will be fine getting that out. BIG mistake and lots of a065.gifa060.gif

    I keep looking at the d020.gif and think, nah, not tonight Josephine, it will still be there tomorrow evening and it isn't important. So, that's that job sorted h120.gif

    I see chocolate has been about and choux buns, h025.gif I will hunt around and see if there is any CDM in the c085.gif I will have a quick d025.gif round while I am here and put some fresh flowers out on the tables.
    The door mat was a bit a040.gif sooty, now then, who's been leaving footprints :roll:
    shopping at ASDA at 7pm, a080.gif I would have been fit to be tied r060.gif mind you, pick and mix would have gone a little way to calm me down.

    After my chores I think it is time for my meds, cup of T and poddle to bed, Arthur is starting to have a fair old nibble (thought it was too good to be true to have a day of relatively well controlled pain relief).

    Off to the in-laws tomorrow and that is a 1 and 1/2 hour journey, which leaves me in agony for most of the day, then we have to get back.......... :shock: I will take a shed load of pills with me anyway and keep well dosed up. I am like an ill sitting hen, all the way there and back.

    I'm getting on fine with the Tramadol, I'm moving much more easily today. The only real problem is this sore mouth and throat which is soooooo painful. The Trammys don't seem to touch that.

    Oh yes, I am behaving myself! I slept for nearly 4 hours yesterday afternoon and felt very guilty about it.

    Did you sleep yesterday? How is the pain now?

    I had a bath early yesterday then went back, I krpy waking up then sleeping again.
    I'm waiting so I can take some Oxynorm to kick in. The doctor gave me some Ora morph.

    I'm waiting for when I can take Oxycontin.

    Mine's beginning to kick in now, Trish...........the eyes are starting to close. Think I will have to go back to bed soon.........hopefully I can get a few more hours sleep in.

    The dotors gave my hubby some Tramadol. He felt funny taking it, he didn't like it so he went on Paracetamol instead

    Sorry again for not being here. went AWOL again. Had to go to Dunstable to OH's cousins 80th birthday. Nearly didn't go but then felt I needed to support OH.
    Well, you know what it's like at these things. It was more like a wake
    When the grand daughters turned up they had to grit their teeth at being reminded of what they were like when they were 7 or 8 etc.
    I did not know a soul. Then I was introduced to someone "She paints like you" sort of thing. When we got talking turns out she is only a very new beginner. Now where do you start then?

    OH has gone off for the day so I am going to relish in being on my own and go up to my studio and get on with catching up.
