Hi Jan,, on Tramadol slow release and topping up with paracetomol when needed. Sometimes doesn't seem to make any difference at all. Going back to see doc next week so will speak to him again. Unfortunately can't take anti inflamms so never really get to the bottom of it. Am feeling really fed up at the mo, not very good with all these disturbed nights. Had feet xrayed last Friday so hopefully this will show whats going on, hope so anyway. How you doing, hope you are OK. Thanks for your message, Brenda :? :?0 -

Hi one and all. I have tried to read back 10 pages, gosh it's been busy in here today, and no. I have not been fb'ing all day.
I do feel like a pin cushion though
From what I have read, everyone has been having some kind of treatment.
Saw Rheumy consultant this morning, good news is , I do not have GCA, he said that the vital blood vessel was pumping away quite nicely as to the continuing pain down the left side of my head, he thinks it is due to the steroids. So coming off those during the next month and he will see me again before I go to Norway, because he is awarethat it is going to quite strenuous for me. He noticed that I was having difficulty moving my left arm. talked about the chiro trying to get the feeling back in my left hand, this lead to me getting a steriocortisone injection into my shoulder, ouch. I'd had my bloods done just before my appt too. When I got home, it was time for my MTX. Consultant told me to carry on with MTX regardless of taking Co-Amoxiaclav for theUTI. So gosh, I am so tired now. Need to go to bed. Had a short nap this afternoon, but need to get back there I think.I've now got to pray that stopping the preds the pains in my head will go away.
So I will not be getting my head round the fb cafethis evening. Just ope it is carrying on without me in the morning.
((((((((((((())))))))))))))))))) to everyone. Anywone else feeling pretty awful, hope you have a good night and feel bettering int he morning.
