    Sorry I have deserted you all, become a fb fanatic. terrible
    plus having visitors, feeling pretty ill the whole time, but apart from that, ok.
    Joan, hope you get on alright,
    I've got an emergency appt at the hosp tomorrow. Going to check out if I might have GCA Giant Cell Artiritis. Seem to have collected most of the signs over the last few weeks and beyond. Bit worrying, probably not necessary in the long run, but better to check it out. Occupational Therapy tomorrow and an hour ago, surgery rang to say, yes, I did have a water infection, so have to collect some meds from the chemist.They send the prescription down straight away. very helpful.
    Anyway, I do hope all of you are ok and will forgive me for staying away so long.

    Hi Joan glad to hear you are back from the hospital and it went well.
    Its been sunny here all day but I've been stuck in waiting for the hospital to ring me, and I am still waiting :roll:

    Afternoon to all, Julie, Joan Val anyone else lurking, I am sure there will be, but I forget as soon as I read through names. :oops: Sorry, it doesn't mean you are omitted from the hello and hugs. :D

    Lovely day here, OH has been out sorting pots, repotting plants, lugging planters here and there, fussing, watering and tidying. I made T and Coffee 8) and sat with my back to the sun, warming the shoulders.

    Hope everyone is as ok as possible. Just having a cuppa, before my lay down, just starting to fade a bit now and arthur is grizzling :roll: again. Not long now till my appt with the Rheumy Consultant

    I hope they do give the funding, it is wrong on so many levels if they don't. Grab your local MP if they start twittering and saying no. We will go see them together in my machine-smiley-7598.gif

    Gather you have been through the mill. I have been away F Being. so I have neglected your all I'm afraid. Are you able to bring me up to date with your trials and tribulations.     Hi there to all, Julie, Joan, Cris and Joy, and anyone else who's sneaked in.

    Julie, I am ready for that builders! Had a good appointment really, but am shattered.......why is it always so tiring?

    Cris, is there a spare half bucket of energy left? Just to keep me going until I can take my night meds...........then I will be off up the stairs as fast as my knees will take me........have an early start tomorrow as well, won't want to get up!

    Will pop back in later for apple pie and cream.........and maybe some jelly, cos I got a sore throat as well.

    That was quick. Had phone call from my surgery at 12 am. to say that I had an U.T.I. One hour later my chemist rang to say it was ready to be picked up and I hadn't put foot outside the house.
    Felt too rotten to move much, but then drove off to fetch it.
    Perhaps I shall start getting some energy in a few days once the antibiotics kick in.

    Yes folks, I am back on the road. My hand is still still numb, so numb that when I cut it, I didn't know. Despite the chiropractor session she is having props untrapping the nerve in the shoulder.

    Seeing Rheumy tomorrow. I'm just praying I've not got GCA. Mind you, all the symptoms are there, so ??????? Then in the afternoon, its OT dept. for my new resting splints.
