    evening all

had a horrid day here ....

felt awful all day & had real trouble breathing at times - spent all day in bed :( thought I might need to ring the docs, but an antihistamine helped a lot. think it is the heat and the hayfever combined.

better get off to my GP in the morning.

hope you are all having a better time of it.

saw there was a power cut in north london. Apparently the darts at Wembly Arena was cancelled - wondered if Trisher might be affected ...... may be why she hasn't been in tonight. remember she had the firemen around last power cut :lol: so she will be well looked after

whiling away the time till meds time.

Evening to one and all. Another hot one  f035.gif I think it is going to be cooler here tomorrow, that suits me fine, although it has been lovely, if a bit warm.

Trish, are you there??? a015.gif have we to get the bus out p065.gif and come find you. If you had a power cut, like we did last night, then that might be the problem.

Hope you had a good time at Clumber Park, bet it was packed Julie. Are the Rhododendrons all out? I used to love playing hide n seek in them.
Hugs to you Wonky, sorry you have had a bad day and hope you feel better v soon.

Arctic roll and firemen, in that order? It is a long time since I went to Shepshed, used to work in Loughborough, part time.

No, not at all, either one is fine. I worked at the 300 Spartan's, served Seb Coe many a time, when he was at the sports college, he liked his fish and chips.

I do hope Trisher is ok if her electric is off (still don't know that it is) because she needs her oxygen doesn't she ...... think that's why the firemen came out last time.

TRisher if you call in we're thinking of you & sending hugs (((((((()))))))

Yes, she does, wonder if they sorted out a battery back up, but worrying none the less. I know she will still be recovering from her fall, hope things are ok.

It is indeed at the traffic lights, is it STILL there, after all this time? Well, I will go to the foot of our stairs, even though we don't have any. It must be 1977 - 79 ish. I used to eat so many chips I nearly blew up.
