No trouble, in a bit of a lather, but I will be fine. It is getting to cup of T time and maybe a biscuit or three. N night, take care. Hope you get some good rest

if someone calls in overnight, be a pet and pop them in the dryer.

the loo's have been bleached

T, coffee, milk, all ready to go, cake tin is fit to burst and loads of ice cream in the freezer.

Best be getting my pills and head to bed, a bit pooped tonight. Take lots of care,

Hi everyone anyone coming out to play, oh you're all seeping soundly, not to worry. Bubbles I've put your washing in the dryer so should be done for morning. You left the place spick and span as usual.

it was so hot here yesterday that we didn't go to the dragon boat racing after all, stayed in the garden and sunbathed instead, was nice just to rest cos been rushing around all day Saturday. So here I am awake again, got to go to work in a few hours, don't want to be falling asleep at my desk, not a good image to create, that will never get me promotion will it now????????? If you see me nodding off give me a prod please

Morning to all,

I`ve got a ceiling fan too Jan, thank goodness. BUT, when the workmen were in the loft, they found a huge fan on a stand, still boxed. I got it for a fiver in a sale, and forgot about it. It is fantastic, so powerful. Have to nail everything down! Oh, I love it.

I`m going to take my coffee in the garden, although quite cloudy here today........Ange.

morning ange, jan, julie (who's out and about), Elizabeth and if anyone has snook in to the cafe. Good job it is air conditioned in here. Glad it was all clean and tidy.

Bit more cloud and mist in the valley, not as hot as the week end, a bit more pleasant.

Just having a coffee and then will let OH take me to Sainsbury's, still on the hunt for cat food, the one ours have is like hens teeth now, for some reason. I could not be less inspired to go to be honest. Bones and joints are shouting today, as they do. But, I will go and have a wee potter.

Not looking forward to first rheummy Consultants appointment tomorrow, 9 am, that means up at silly o clock.......... :shock:

Trish, we are still searching for you hun, sending hugs and hope you are ok.

Hi Jan, Bubbles, anyone else? Sorry if I've missed anyone.........

Popped in for a builders, but have changed my mind and will have a pineapple juice instead, it is scorching hot here today, not a cloud in the sky. Gather we have one more day like this then it's downhill all the way to the Bank Holiday weekend.

I have emptied 3 more boxes, washed the kitchen floor, planted half a dozen petunias in one of my containers and sorted out the big wardrobe. I have now gone on strike for an hour.

Hope everyone is enjoying today whatever their weather. Hugs to you if you are in pain or just down.

jan panic not

I was up with the lark and on the phone to get an appointment ..... too scared not to after yesterday. Have never had to fight for breath like that :shock:

been to see my lovely GP and she had a good listen to my chest - no obvious infection. Phew! She also did my peak flow - it's usually around 450-500 but could only manage 390 even standing :roll:

She thinks it is hayfever-induced asthma - now got a brown preventer inhaler, a blue reliever inhaler and a spacer which I'm waiting to air dry (having followed the instructions to wash it before first use) ..... so still waiting to use them! :roll:

also got more antihistamines and if my eyes get any worse then I can have some eye drops too :roll:

Oh, and instructions to stay indoors when the weather is like this!!!! what fun!!! :x :x :x

thanks for worrying but I am not going to peg out just yet - got too much to do!

Hi toni annie joan jan...and anyone else's that sneaked in.....I was having a lovely potter....till I fell over the hose pipe :x :x gone down on my knees ..and I have had a good few weeks :roll:
