    goodmorning will throw the windows open wide for a while i know it cloudy out but who cares fresh air what more can we ask for . i for one dislike the use of air fresheners what up with good old ways that smell natural.
    oops going off on one could not get to sleep last night felt wired for some reason lol

    Mornin' to anyone and everyone.

    Called in for a builders and some painkillers - not necessarily in that order! Went to bed feeling fine and slept well, but woke feeling like something the cat dragged in. Crashing headache cos the GCA has decided to play up.

    Never mind, got plenty to do and cooler today. Will potter slowly and enjoy it!

    Just dropping in for a builders and a ton of energy.....sorry Barbara had a vertigo thing yet again last night and still a bit iffy..... Shall blame the drip :wink:

    I might be a party pooper, so I will sit in a corner with my cup of T, or fall asleep, just plump some pillows round me and I will be fine. b025.gif nudge me if I am snoring, or drooling :shock:

    Hurty from head to toe today, must be post hospital visit. Went to get my mammoth prescription, well, OH went in, I sat in car, in my slippers and scruffy clothes......the shame of it, k030.gif could not be bothered to get dressed up. The computer had not picked up my online order, so nothing was ready, now have to go back again at T time, as I am out of some pills. a050.gif

    Thanks pet, it will ease, just one of those fybro and super achy days I think. I dare not sit in my chair or I will be gone in a second. Will pootle with some washing, put it on the airer, as long as I don't toddle off into the bedroom, or I will just have to see if the bed is still comfy.

    I'm getting on fine thanks for asking, though the taste takes a bit of getting used to :shock:

    feeling brighter today ..... even got MTX injection :D but gave Tai CHi a miss this afternoon. Did washing instead! :lol::lol::lol:

    I'm not bad thanks, my hands are bad but my pain meds will cick in soon. Those inhalers don't have a nice taste, I was told to have a drink or suck a sweet after taking them because if I'm right you can get thrush on your tongue. I did find it took the taste away if I had a drink after.

    I've been doing that anyway so that is good ..... did read something in the leaflet about thrush, but hoped I wouldn't be me that got it :wink:

    hope the pain meds work soon. I am managing to lower the dose one or two times a day, so I am really pleased about that - not quite so constipated as a result :oops: :wink:
