Early evening to one and all, hope everyone is as ok as possible. Thanks for thinking of me at the hospital, I had you all in my bag.

Back from Hospital and Rheummy appointment. He was very pleasant Dr. Full examination, move this way, that way, lots of questions. Thinks OA and Fibromyalgia. 7 lots of bloods done and 8 x-rays, wants to know what is going on with pelvis, knees. Lots of fluid on left knee, have to go back in couple of weeks to the ward, to have it drained and injected. Thinks I should be on higher dose of amitrip and also gabapentin / and or pregabalin. He doesn't think RA will show up on any of the blood tests. Will wait to see what all the bloods and x-rays say.

Said no point doing MRI as that is used mainly prior to surgery and no operations could be offered due to bad heart condition. "they wouldnt touch you in surgery" he said, which I would have guessed anyway.

Pooped and aching all over, so I am off to rest for a while. Will catch you later. Take lots of care. XXXX Bubbles.

    Hi Everyone

Can I have a coffee please and a sticky bun with a cherry on the top.

I have been enjoying the nice weather. Hubby got me a nice sunbed and put it on patio, we had fun and games to get me on it and more fun and games to get me out again. I did fall asleep

I have not been in the sun though so no tan. I must not go in the sun like that as 2 of the tablets I take tell me. I fell asleep.

Had a nice cold larger mmmmmmm was so nice. I do not drink but it was just so nice to go with the weather.

I hope you are all ok? Have not read back yet.

I will sit in the beer garden and read back.

    love Trish xxx

Trish, the image you created of getting you up and down off the sunbed made me laugh! Glad you had some sleep, though.

I could do with a cold pineapple juice, it is still very hot here. Out in the garden with some cheese and biscuits in a cool breeze would suit me very well.

    Hi Annie Hi Julie

If you had both seen the struggle I had getting on this super duper sunbed well, I tried this way then that way then the breeze blew my skirt over my head and I got caught up in it.

I was praying no one could see me. Also telling hubby that the neighbours could see me.

He made a piece of wood then I slid down that and landed on the bed. Coming up was blooming hard though. I did enjoy it though.

I got all cossy and fell asleep.

Hi Jan, Julie and whoever (the memory failed point blank there).

Seems everyone has had a good day..........clouding over here now, but still very warm. I wish they would make up their minds about whether it will rain or not! I need some retail therapy and don't know which day to choose.

Tillie cat saw off Big Ginger this morning, oooooh, I haven't heard such language since the night the fox tried to come indoors. Waiting for her to meet up with Tabby Head (don't know their names apart from the one next door - he's called Albert, but like Tillie he's a feline OAP).

A refill of pineapple juice would be great, not to mention more cheese and biscuits! I have cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen today (sorely needed) and have rearranged all the cupboards, so I have earned it.

    Hi Barbara

Here is a larger for you Catch...........hope you caught it. Sorry about your knees.

It was supposed to thunder here last night but did not here any and I was awake in the night.

I think that is why I fell asleep.

    Julie

When we were on holiday some years ago well, we decided to go on the beach with me in a wheelchair. Well someone came to help and I was dragged backwards well peeps had to move themselves.

We got to the spot hubby wanted. The boys came running with the deck chairs as they had got to know us. Well everyone had to move round a bit.

Then hubby went to get me out the wheelchair into the deckchair, He got me up and into the chair everyone settled down again.

All of a sudden there came this big noise and eveyone looked at me you can imagine what it sounded like......yes it was me......but it was not me it was the canvas all of a sudden it did it again......everyone looked then a big one all of a sudden well this really loud noise and I ended up on the sand.

People looked again to see this body and head coming fron inside the chair as I had no legs I must have looked funny........then I cold not get out.

In the end I sat there rolling up hubby rolled up to and this lady came down and give my hubby a clout around the ear.

When that happend I could not get out the frame of the chair for laughing.

Only got one, Trish as we are on the end of a row. Yes, very nice lady, haven't met him yet. They both still work (she's part time, I think) so it is heavenly quiet round here most days. That is the only other garden that we can see or can see us and she likes gardening too, she's really made a start on hers which, like ours, has been badly neglected.

They have an elderly black cat.....Albert by name. He doesn't go out much, so it could be some time before Tillie meets up with him - when she does, I bet she puts him in his place!

I am really beginning to flag now................a large builders, I think to keep me going until I can take the night meds.

I Liked the lady who gave hubby a slap, it was so funny. She did not know I could laugh at myself I suppose.

Still she ended up giving me A gold St. Christopher they are so religous in Malta.
I never knew people could be so kind before I went there.

The man who had a horse and coach well he grabbed the wheelchair and pulled me towards his horse. then he goe these empty bread baskets went to some of the other me and they put me in the coach and he took me all around the town down to the harbour.

He stopped here and there and got men to help get me out so I could see everything

When we got back he would not take any money for it, he left me at the top of these steps so I could go inside and see the Church there. It was a sight to see.

There was an unexploded bomb from WW2 which hit the church and I don't think anyone died, it was a massive size bomb.

After I looked around they took me down the steps again, such lovely people.
