    LOL, fair, a bit jaded, what with one Dr after another and waiting for more results. Glad I am off duty for tonights med round. Matron is fine, we need more of them, good old Hatty type ones, stand no nonsense and rule with a rod of iron. Off to bo's now, will take some cakes under the covers and munch away.     Just putting the urn on and opening the windows and am taking Marigold for a walk after milking her cus I like walking cows.....

    hi all good morning boiled eggs for breakfast with soildiers (i know can not spell) then cake will put some in lunch box for dinner sure chris will not mind and cheese sandwich shall i take an applw or banana the decisions we have to make.
    right leaving the cafe in your good hands checked toilets the nice and clean fridge stocked cow milked yak gone off some where does any one know where??? cuddles fed so do not listen if tells you forgot him.

    Morning peeps, have popped in for a builders before I go off to see the new doc.

    Trish has asked me to let you all know that she is doing well now, still sore and weak, but improving. The AB's she has now are really good and she is hopeful that she will be better enough to post soon. Oh, she has a humungeous cold sore, too!

    Don't think I can eat anything, but hope to pop in for a slice of cake and another builders later.

    Morning all, well I've seen my doc and I am now on more tablets for my high bp :roll: going to have my hair cut tomorrow as its starting to look like an old mop :shock: Annie hope it went well at your new docs, Cris thankyou for the eggs :D very nice hope you and Marigold enjoyed your walk :D Anyone fancy a cuppa :?:

    Hi Val,

    Got that many spare eggs there's more cake here for yo all.... and the pig (there is a piglet at the sheepsis) will have some more :lol::lol: I really have got s many eggs... mostly duck now but still a few trays of hens and one sitting which I have to sort out as she is one I don't know how many eggs and she can have just 2! I don't want cockerels at all......

    We did enjoy our walk :wink: She is so much nicer than Pander eyes and her mates :lol::lol::lol: Come to that the demon here is a bit over the top today.... she has decided i am a scratch post for her back end..... bearing in mind by next year her bum will be the height of my chin I would rather she didn't do it :lol::lol::lol:

    Hi Julie, Cris, Whoever I missed...........

    Need a builders and a cheese sandwich.............docs, um...ok. She seemed a bit clueless but was co-operative enough, I got what I wanted and more. Not one I would specially ask for again, though. I will just take what I am given for a few weeks and test the waters.

    Have an appointment with the vampires on Monday morning, so will see what they are like here.

    Will also keep checking whether or not they have received my med records as that seemed to present her with some problems although I couldn't make out quite what problems. She did tell me which hossy I would be referred to when they get the Rheumy records, so hope my old surgery gets a move on as I have no idea what the waiting times are like here.

    Hi Toni, yes, I did post a brief message from Trish earlier.........she is still v poorly, but is improving, says the AB's she's got this time are working well. On top of all else has a horrendous cold sore!

    Toni, Jan, yep, I didn't really expect much more practical stuff from the doc today, I think it was her attitude that was a bit off-putting. I felt my medical problems were 'too good' for me - sounds daft, but I got the impression that they were reserved for the elite and I shouldn't be having them!

    Hi Toni, Jan and Annie, hope you are all well Jan I'm tired too didn't get much sleep last night :roll: Annie good idea seeing other docs and seeing which one suits you best, I did that when mine went on merternity leave.     A bedtime builders for me, please...........it's all got to me early tonight, having an early night 'cos I am shattered.

    Hope you have all had good days, see you all tomorrow - it's supposed to be lovely again tomorrow, might take the day off and go and find a fish and chip lunch at the seaside.

    bit late today .... slept most of the afternoon. Not sure if it was the MTX or the heat or a bit of both, but feeling better now.

    Annie - glad you got what you needed at the docs .... bet you will find one of the docs that works for you after a little while. Sleep well.

    Cris - glad the meds were ok last night .... not sure bubbles will trust me again :oops: cos I got a bit confuddled :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Julie - hope the new BP meds work for you ok. Being nosey just wondered what you are taking now? I took Atenolol for ages, together with bendrofluozide (but they changed that name a bit & I forget which bit :wink: ) but now I take Ramipril which seems to be doing the trick ok. Got my fingers crossed for you.

    kettle is on ...... and there is cake :D !!

    Hi Wonky the doc put me on Bendroflmenthiazide a couple of months ago but my bp wont go down so today she gave me Amlodipine to take as well. She wanted to prescribe me something else but it can affect your kidneys and as I'm starting that new treatment soon that can also affect my kidneys, so she wants wait and see how I get on with the new treatment.

    Have not had chance to read back. Why is it the days get shorter as you get older? a020.gif I see Trish is on the mend, which is good news, sending you a big hug from me to you to get well soon a065.gif

    Been out to the in laws, OH had some jobs to do for them, while I sat under the brolley in the garden with my coffee / Tea, more Tea, lunch, more Tea, cake, Tea.............Bubbles the giant T bag. No wonder I am always c005.gif

    Lots of traffic about today with the hot weather and kids holidays, so the journey was longer and I was Z shaped by the time we got there and also when we got home. The day has just vanished and now it is nearly midnight. :shock: I could go for some ice cream, made with real cream and vanilla pods.

    Now, let me try and read back a bit...................

    I know, for three days on the trot, it is catching up with me now and I might just be paying for it. We are having two at home days now, furthest we might go is the grocers. Grocers :shock: how old AM I?
