    Debs, you have had a raw deal and no denying. Sometimes it does all get a bit much and I can sympathise with the anxiety and depression, it is horrid and unless you have gone, or are going through it, no one knows how it can make your life a trial.

    Physical things always seem more tangible, right, we can mend this or do that, because they can see it. When it comes to the mind and its complexities, it is different thing altogether, sometimes the Drs start to blame everything you have on anxiety and or depression, almost as an excuse. That has happened to me in the past, with previous GP's, fortunately I have had great GP's for the past 20 years and yes, anxiety will often heighten a problem, but it is not an excuse or a reason for all our ills.

    Sometimes people dont talk to you or avoid you, as they don't know what to say or do, again, because they cannot see it.

    It is not easy to control, or treat, without making you feel totally wiped out.

    I try to say to myself, each day as it comes, that includes all the horrible illness and disabilities that we endure on a daily basis, that frustrate us all to the n'th degree.

    I know that, don't worry, you can tell me off for smoking, I know it is bad and doesn't help me in any way, but I do try and limit it as much as possible and never ever smoke indoors.

    Not too bad at the moment, back was super hurting earlier, but the meds seem to be keeping it at bay for now. How is your BP, behaving itself I hope.

    My bp is a work in progress :roll: its going down slowly but down is better than up. I will need to take my pain meds soon, having a nasty flare and now have pain in my neck and back :shock: and my mouth is very sore. Sorry I'm moaning, I will stop now.

    Not at all, you moan and groan as much as you like, we all have to at some point, things get rough and take their tole, we all need to let off steam, we are only human.

    My nose has ulcers inside, so we are a right pair at the moment. Don't know why they appear, think its the medications.

    Bubbles my mouth is so dry and sore it makes it hard to talk. My hayfever has been bad today as well. Your right about the meds, and this new one :shock: side effects are not nice. Why can't one of the sideeffects be may get rid of wrinkles :lol: or may get rid of grey hairs.

    Right im being told off & must be a good girl & go to bed too listen to snores whilst i know i aint gonna sleep.
    So Nights all & i may or may not be back.
    Got you all in me pocket for tomorrow, thanks & i'll try not to dig me nails in.
    Him has had a few beers watching the football then gone to bed telling me off as he forget i got hossie tomorow & he's got to drive. :roll:
    Dont worry luv i'll drive all he way there in first gear, that why i wanted an automatic.. :roll: :roll: :roll:
    We got automatic washing machines, dish washers & car washers, we can cook,clean & wash, so i can only see one purpose for man.. but im off too bed or i may be banned.

    Oh I wish hun, I wish...........one day there might be such a pill, but in the meantime I slather every cream and potion I can lay my hands on. Arthur makes your skin so dry and sore.
