I think it is time to have an early nap, what with the football and a big brother eviction, will have to prepare supper in time for the kick off. I fear I might just nod off later.

Oh dear, can't remember all the names again, but so many peeps in pain at the mo - Julie, Debs and Trish for starters, and Toni and her daughter, hope the crisis is over now.

Airwave, nice to see you and welcome to the cafe where we moan and groan and celebrate (sometimes) over a nice cuppa tea and all the naughty sweeties that you can't eat in real life.

I'm just grabbing a builders and a dish of rhubarb crumble and cream before going outside again.........supposed to rain here in a couple of hours, so need to finish up.

Have so enjoyed my afternoon outside and looking forward to tomorrow.............lots to do.

Will be back later for another builders and something else with cream!

Have finally given up and crawled indoors, still no rain although very overcast.

Need a builders and then must go and have a quick bath, I'm dirty from head to foot and I really enjoyed getting like that!

Still got plenty to do out there, but at last I have the garden to myself.....heaven.

Does anyone think it is muggy today? I have been sweating like mad today. Had windows open and there was a nice breeze an hour of so ago.

Don't know what was wrong last night. Bubbles. Debs also Julie and Wonky I think but as I was typing I started to shake and felt funny.

I held my arms out and they did have the shakes. I wonder if your meds can do that to you. I know it is not drink as I do'nt drink any. Only at Christmas. One or two glasses.

Oh sleepy things would be so nice. I get so uncomfortable have pressure sores and can only lay on my back so I do get figgety and wake up.

Brenda and myself keep leaving sleep dust. I think you all get it :shock: #brenda and I don't seem to.

Well i went to GP instead today, my registed one (i dont see him often) He has given me an extra 50mg of Pregabalins to top me up to 200mg & i told him about the pain clinic mentioning i need meds for me IBS but i couldnt remember name of meds & thy hadnt included it in my last letter to gp. Other GP wouldnt give me anything. Well he felt my stomach,listen to me troubles & prescribed Mebeverine for it & i have to take it every day So a result for a change, think i'll keep seeing him as he was bending over backwards to help me today (anything else i can help you with :shock: ) Prescription list is getting longer & longer,think i'll need a trolley when i go pick up me next prescription :shock:
Ah well i suppose i should show som enthusiasm for England & watch the match :roll: I dont even like footie.
