    What will you do with your mum? She does not weigh much does she?

    I suppose she did not think to ring you if she had been there all that time.

    No, they were there from 6pm. When the phone rang at 12, it said Dad/mum calling, I just knew there was something wrong.

    I will try and get some rest, will take my night pills and all the phones to bed with me. Might not sleep much, but i should rest up a bit as we will be off to hospital later today.............

    Hi Bubbles, so sorry to hear about your dad, hope he is more comfortable now, it sounds like he is being well looked after. try to stay calm and not worry too much (easier said than done I know) and hope you find him in good spirits in the morning.     Thank you so much for your kind words, it means so much, never has a forum and its lovely people been so kind and supportive.

    I have spoken to CCU and to my Dad, he was sat out of bed, had a restless night but the pain has gone. Waiting for more Drs to see him, ECG shows irregular heart rhythm, but that can be controlled, as I know all too well.

    Going to sort Mother out and feed her, then visit the hospital, Dad has given me a list :shock:

    Tale lots of care, will post as soon as we get back, not sure when. xxxxx Bubbles

    Only just read about your dad, Bubbles, and I am thinking about you.

    What an amazing man he is though.

    With luck, it may be just unstable angina, and not an MI. That happened many times with Frank. Oh! those nightmare trips to A&E.

    Hi All,

    Well the neighbours have come in for tea and bikkies....... at least 30 sheep, though half are lambs swarmed over the hedge a while ago.... I too them back but the same hard core of 25 are out side the window :lol::lol::lol::lol: I do love sheep and I think I know the ring leader as one is the proud owner of such a naughty face!

    I shall grab a builders and a bucket of energy and take them home again......

    Afternoon to all - I'm late today, had an unexpectedly busy morning.

    Bubbles, so sorry you had such an awful night, your dad must be a very strong man to make it to 85, so hopefully it will be as Ange says and be treatable.

    Just popped in for a builders and trying to catch up with it all, but not succeeding very well. I will be off out to plant up some of my big containers after my nap (well, if it doesn't rain). Hubby put them into position this morning - I have lots of jobs waiting for attention.

    annie hope you got your pots done it bit cold up here today.
    as for rest hope you all got done what you want and had good day. feel off it since woke from nap serves me right for eating fish and chips laying heavy on stomache lol. so will have large mug of tea and sit quiet for a while

    Hi Jan hope you have had a good day, Toni try not to over do it and enjoy your drink. Val hope you enjoy your chineese, I do love spare ribs. I was awake all night in pain, took my pain meds and it didn't touch it. Today I've been to a garden center with my brother and grandma, ended up having meat n potatoe pie :) very nice. Came home and now I have cut my hand on the inside of my dishwasher :roll: So now I am going to make myself a large mug of tea, anyone else want a drink :?:
