Hi Trish, Val, Babycham............and Anyone Else who's crept in under the radar.

I'll settle for a nice cool pineapple juice and some cheese and biscuits..........I've got some Brie in the fridge (exactly what I'm not supposed to have, but what the hell). Will take it all into the garden and sit and ponder on the meaning of Life.

No, I'm outside in the garden with the laptop, a cuppa and a piece of apple puff.

    I'm in heaven!

Hi Annie and Val, could sit out, but I would not get down the back steps at the moment. My legs won't take me. Been a long day, shaky and a bit wobbly. Will come round in a bit.

He is not too bad, thought he was coming home today, but when I saw the INR results for the warfarin, I knew he would have to stop in. Lo and behold, Sister said, sorry, we have to wait until it is over 2mml

We were there about 6 hours today, he had a shower and felt better for that. We got him settled in bed before we left, he had his painkillers and tramadol, so he will soon be nodding.

I am done in to be honest, but you have to carry on. Will get supper in a minute, only M&S Quiche and some rooster potato wedges, so nothing too complicated. Thank goodness.

Go and have a nap. I will keep looking to see if you come back but doubt you will.

I only understand the INR when it is in numbers mine used to be 3.4 - 4.4 I know they say it is less than that but mine has to be higher.

Dad thought it was 1.9, but when I probed, it was 1.1, so they won't let him out yet, until it is over 2.0,

I am fussing over supper, then will keel over into my chair for an hour.xxx

Night Annie, hope you sleep well.

Brenda, I cant work any more luv, too bad with my muscles & joints.
Glad your having a rest as ive seen how many bad nights youve been having. Have you not got any Amptripyline to help you sleep? most of us have to take it.
Im in the midlands & the forecast for tomorrow is rain. But i do enjoy the garden, we built a garden room (well i supervised most of it) & its been over a 100 in there today  I burn too easy so tend to try & stay out of the sun when its to hot. But sitting in the garden room, i sweat buckets but muscles like it.

Oh sorry Debs, hope I haven't offended you. xx Your garden room sounds fab, bit a little hot to sit in today maybe. I've had a bit of a flare up in my knees, had steroid jab in left one last week, was fine for a few days but hurting again now, so is right one. This is the reason for disturbed nights but am getting exhauted now, so hoping to enjoy the sun tomorrow. Mind you it'll prob rain here tomorrow just cos I got a day off!!! I'm in Leeds but originally from the north east. Never been to the Midlands. Hope you have a reasonable night tonight, healing hugs (((((((()))))))) love Brenda xx
