    Hi Brenda,

    Oh I do agree about Trish and hopefully she will be ok and we will hear soon.

    You know I wonder.... the shearing I think the biggest problem this year might have been my mind set...... I knew it was going to hurt, I knew it would flatten me for a few days and I let that stop me for a bit..... I tend to use denial so much as part of my cope mechanism and well this time I knew it would be bad.....

    Then it got hot.....

    they had to be done and I did them :D I am so glad I did cus the day after it got really hot and they would have been struggling. Mind they look a site! Bless then its not a good cut.... bit like my hair after one of them has had a chew on me :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Its a hard life but I chose it and you know what... I can do it for a bit yet :D

    Oh the pregabalin I have been one over 2 years now and well I was already off the planet before I took them :lol::lol::lol: Had most the side effects as well... didn't like the hallucinations though :lol::lol: its while I was having the drip and I was so spaced I ended up going back to 150 and went up very slowly :wink::lol::lol::lol: They are good though! Halved my pain straight away :D

    Hi Cris, I guess that we cope the best way we can eh and all develop our own ways of doing this. I get what you;re saying about the sheep, it would have been awful for them in this weather so I guess its a good job done then.

    Do you work for yourself or are you employed by someone else. Hope you don't mind me being a bit nosy. The horses, are they yours or do you look after them for someone? You are obviously well suited to the work you do as you clearly love the animals you work with, its obviously a gift that you have.

    Not expecting too much sleep tonight, everything hurting at the mo, but guess I'll get off again eventually. On a training course for the next two days so will prob fall asleep if its boring!!!!

    I hope trish is in her own bed....I really do
    I am all packed for scarborough :):) its is raining but do I care nooooo this is our first proper hol for a few years...5 days... my grandchildren are with there daddy...I feel guilty not taking them but we need this break...and we did take them to butlins a couple of weeks ago.
    sorry I am rambling with excitement.... :)

    Hi All,

    I feeling a bit better today... might even be able to get socks on and do up my own laces...... that was embarrassing! I just got the 'fibro' and neck today as the lumber is a lot happier.... I went wrong, I over did the bending with the shearing, upset the rest with the loading and unloading (I am self employed Brenda and the horses are livery x) and then slept too long...... I was on my back when I woke an it don't like it! Has a real good dummy spit in it as well :wink:

    Got a long day today but will try and get in earlier and sleep earlier cus I's so tired already :lol::lol::lol:

    Had some good news - have got an apt for the neurologist for TOMORROW for Charlie so I will hope to find out what to do after that :D

    Have popped in for a pineapple juice and to let you all know that Trish is feeling a bit better......in fact, she was wondering why her pocket was wet, then remembered that Julie never quite made it to the loo.................

    Toni, that's the problem with not reading back a little, I missed this ......that appointment has come through so quickly!

    Knowing what it was all about and what to do in the future will make so much difference to both of you. Hope it all goes well.
