    Yummy - I LOVE sausage rolls, but can't make them to save my life! Can I order 3 dozen to be going on with, Joy?

    One sausage roll and a mince pie coming up, Trish. I'm going to have a builders and something sweet - lemon meringue pie would be lovely...........have we got any?

    The wind here is gusting so hard it's already had a sign down and two of my pots over. Not as much rain as I expected, at least so far.
    The river's been really good, the new drains they put in earlier this year do seem to be helping........hope it stays OK. Haven't seen a weather forecast so far today, but I think we are due more rain tomorrow.
    Anyone else got terminal mildew?

    Hi Debs, lovely to see you again, I can recommend the sausage rolls they are one of Joys finest. Hope you are Ok? and not suffering too much with this wild weather we are all having. :shock:
    It's bucketing down here at the moment but fortunately has room to move elsewhere safetly.

    ive been looking in,just not posting.
    Had a cold thats took nearly 3wks to get rid of,then pains came back raging.so ive just been resting up as much as poss.
    Thanks i'm a little better now.

    Take care lass, you have been missed in here but I knew you had other worries to deal with not long ago. Do rest up when you need to. The kettle is always on in here as you know.

    Crumbs, I am going to be busy tomorrow.
    I'll have to order double sausages etc. I like the ones I buy. When you cook them they stay the same size as when you begin them.
    He's a good butchers and reasonable prices aswell.

    Well, had a nice long hot soak. I suddenly remembered an hour ago I hadn't done my injection and I usually like to do it at 3 p.m. The I forgot my evening tablets, so have only just taken them insteadof 8 p.m.Had to blame the OH. He's the one who normally reminds me, especially if it is right arm week.

    I'd already forgot to collect my prescription yesterday so did not have my Alendronic tablet for early this morning. So I have made a right mess of it this week. I blame it on Christmas I think. Too many other things to think about.
    anyway. enjoyed my cuppa. Off to bed now. Hope you all sleep well tonight, despite the gails.

    These days just seem to get longer...... and so much of it in the dark as well :shock: Still its only a few more weeks to the shortest day and then it get lighter again :D

    I should like a builders and a bucket or two of energy so I might have some for tomorrow........

    no really just abit done in today, abit upset yet again by hubby
    my horse has cut her leg and its a bad cut. vets in the morning.
    and some one has cashed a £50 cheque with out sending me the goods.

    Ive got the cough left & the pain all kicked in badly.but today is a little better.
    No river near us but the wind & rains been terrible the last few days.it seems to go then come back with avengance.
    I feel so sorry for all the poor sods that have lost everything just before xmas.
    Hows you are you home yet?
    Has hubby improved since i last looked.?
