Trish we leave the light on here, guess delboy might be in for breakfast and haven't seen bertyboy for a while either.
Some one might need a snack in the night eh! There is always plenty in the fridge and the flasks are ready for anyone who needs one

I'll forgive you Chelsea, being local to you seems the right team for you. Yes I remember George Best and Bob Charlton etc, jeepers but I was very young at the time :wink:
No work tomorrow for me, normally Sunday at the shop and Mon to Wed at the factory, you remember know I'm sure. I only did extra days for a while when we were so busy for Christmas, but stopped them when I realised I couldn't hack it now.
Get to bed eh, Debbierose got your bed ready ages ago.
    Am off myself now.
    Hope tomorrow ok

    hi folks,

just come in to show that I am still here after the swine flu jab (stop worrying trisher - it was no worse than any other jab for me, and the soreness was not as bad as i thought it would be :) and is much less today.)

need a big piece of something sweet, gooey and sticky - not fussed what though - jsut SUGAR please!!!!:lol::lol::lol: had a tough afternoon but fairly positive, which is a really good reason to be tired I think!

ooooohhhhhh .... have brought some black pudding for breakfasts (delboy? can't remember who asked for it  sorry)
and I'm around to help Cris unload if she needs a hand.

No rain here, so I hope Cornwall didn't get any either. Cold though - needed extra layers to walk littlelegs. She sends rather a lot of licks and wags to everyone, and says thanks to the kind person who left their bag of shopping in the cafe. It is now minus the ham, bread and cheese, and she is saving the chocolate for later

Hi Jan, Trisher, anyone else around -
Sorry you had a bad night, Trish. I didn't do too well myself, waking with earache at 4am. Hopefully it will be better tonight.

I've just dropped in for a large builders before I dish up the meal. Got 5 mins to put my feet up. I'll be back later for something sweet, rich and gooey.

Yes, I definitely like the name ****VAL's***** Flashing lights, no???

Anyway brought some more sausage rolls. I'll put them in the fridge.
No, I cannot join you for meringues, brandy snaps, or lemon meringe.
This dieting is hurrendous. I'm determined to lose half a stone by the time I get to the Balance Clinic. It was quite a task making all these sausage rolls and mince pies without sampling them.
I've lost 6 1/2lbs in just a week, so I have to persevere. Only 6 st. to go.
I'll just hve a cup of black coffee please.
Then back to the Christmas cards.

    Putting another message in.
The other one started jumping around again.

I'm so sorry you girls have had bad nights. You must both be so exhausted. Being in pain the whole time is not good and with so many worries Trisher, you must be very tense the whole time. Cannot relax. Bless You. Big ((((((((((}}}}}}}}} from me.

And Anna, how's that river. Hope it is behaving itself. You've been through a rough time too.

Worry is so bad for arthritis sufferers. I've got it all down the left side of my head and face. Quite swollen too.

Hope you all have better nights tonight.
Get the lavender out. I have one of those lavender sprays. Bought them from Norfolk. The smell is beautiful when you go to bed.

Joy, 6.5 pounds in a week is bloody fantastic! You must have extraordinary will-power. The most I ever managed in a week was 4lb and I only did that once.

I won't tease you either - I'm full of chicken and rice, so I'll have another builders to help me along, nothing sweet just yet.

I'm hoping for a better night tonight; a lot of us seemed to be suffering last night. Well, it's Friday tomorrow, so maybe the aches and pains will take the weekend off.

We can always have roast going on Sunday's. Roast beef, yorkshire puddings, crispy baked potatoes, parsnips with honey on them (nice) other veggies as well.

    Hi Jan

If I could make sure you could get a good night I would. have you ever tried Lavender with Almond oil,

At the pain clinic, they give complimentary massages. I was asked if I would like it.

Afted they wrap a towel around, and you start to feel the warmth plus the smell it it really good.

It is good for headaches too.
