    Can you believe it, I know I am bonkers, but, I decided that I would do a bit of ironing, d020.gif :shock: I know, it is more humid than the Amazonian rain forest. I did 4 things, then I could not see for leaking, even the cats went out of the way and laid down in front of the fans. OH said I was officially certifiable c070.gif and I had to sit down and dry off a while. He put the iron away as fast as possible.

    I was thinking the same, I heard from her yesterday and things were heating up then, perhaps just resting quietly with lots of fans blowing, I know it has been 30 degrees there today, eeek.

    :lol: oh bubbles ironing in this weather I'm sweating just thinking about it :lol: My dad loves to use his steam press in this heat and my mum says he is bonkers :lol:

    LOL, I used to have one of them, but they weigh a ton and I was in even more of a lather with it. It was quicker than an iron though.

    Hi Bubbles, thanks hun. we had a great time.
    I really didnt want to come home, i could have just sat in the mobile for the rest of my life quite happy.
    Me, Oh & Cris have a plan so we can move down there but i cant tell you as its top secret :wink: eh cris :D

    Ohhhhhhh, secrets, mmmmmm, love secrets. Where we live, it is in the middle of a park, for retired or semi retired, SO quiet, just lovely neighbours, no cars to speak of, no noise, just the birds and wildlife. It is where we have wanted to be for a long time, finally, we made it.

    It is and we feel truly blessed, there was a lot of waiting and stress, to get here, but that is in the past. we are only a mile from town and shops, but it feels like you are in the middle of a forest, well, we are really. The Ribble Valley, there are loads of things about it on the web

    Oh Bubbles your so lucky.
    we have A park at side of our house & kids are monsters only 6 houses on this cul-De-Sac. . whilst we were away outlaws were coming over to look after snowy dog & the kids were hiding behind bin & had the hosepipe on. Water going everywhere. Well my particular mum outlaw threaten to call police but they only about 10 :shock: nothing better to do.
    Ive been brought up in the country, middle of nowhere then had it again for a bit when me girls were little. I want to get back to it some how, one day.
    House at back of Cris is for sale & i want it but i aint got the money hence the secret plan :wink::lol::lol:

    Think we should start the great escape, I will use a spoon to start it off :lol: I haven't had an holiday in years due to one thing and another, my eldest has gone away with his girlfrind they have gone to Brid for a few days.

    oh I hope you can Debs, that would be wonderful.

    We were stuck in our last house, for two years, we didn't know that the woman next door was a drug dealer and screamed her head off at the kids, one of them was called Angel :shock: :shock: :shock: She moved on and all was quiet, it as lovely, then she gave the key to someone else, we ended up with 14 druggies, squatting next door, we were in fear and dread, neither of us could sleep, I was getting really ill with it. We didn't call the Police, of they would have known it was a neighbour and picked us out as targets, so we never went out if they were about, just stayed indoors with the alarm on.
    Finally, after weeks of this, we got hold of the landlord for next door and he sent them packing, they had trashed the house totally. He did it all up and a lovely lady moved in with her daughter, but, we had been terrified, so we sold it and moved here.
    Just thinking back, makes me feel ill. I am sure it contributed to my anxiety and depression, on top of everything else.

    I think so, I have a new little garden digger, trowel thingy, I will bring that along. Next door said are we going away, well, we don't need to now, we are in the middle of a country park, we can drive off for a few hours if we fancy, I cannot travel very far, due to pain in my back, but we go off and explore. I used to live round here, many years ago.

    bubbles that sounds terrible I lived in a maisonette many years ago and the one below me was a young women who was using it as a brothel :shock: I didn't stay there very long.

    N Night Julie, it was horrid, we got through it, thank God.

    I will say n night to everyone too. Need to move and get in a comfy chair for 5 minutes, before bed.

    Hi guys, how are you all on this sweltering night?? So nice to see you back debs, glad you had a good time and were able to see Cris and the horses and foals.

    Thought I'd call in for a loooooooong cold drink with lots of ice . Ahh thats better.

    I hope you are all sleeping well.

    I'm not feeling too good been sick again and the pains from arthur is having a fight with my tummy.

    Will be glad to get this tube down my throat over and done with on Tuesday.
