Evening everyone, hugs all round to start with. Not sure where the time went.
Had my nap, managed to get up with two alarms going off, otherwise I would still be there, not sure if it is the pills, the fybro, or what, but I could sleep on a clothes line at the moment, which is SO unheard of for me.

Glad your throat is better Trish. Saved you some M&S ice cream to sooth it even more. Plenty to go round, along with blueberry muffins.

    Hi Bubbles

Yes I had it done. You might have missed it as I was not in yesterday all day or night
    so we missed each other.

It was alright Bubbles the doctors said sedation. I was fine and I was made a nice sandwich and drink which was nice.

Just had a sore throat that was all and it is almost gone now.

Thanks Trisher ...... you know what we're like .... want to be independent and know we don't look 'ill' so it seems to be a cheek, but like I said to my hubby tonight, if we don't ask for the help then they won't realise that the help is needed, so maybe it is our job to ask. :?

ta for the cuppa, will wash the meds down niecly and then I must go to bed.

hope you feel brighter tomorrow and that we've got annie back

    hugs

Glad it went ok, sometimes people can be a handful, but don't remember a thing about it. Depends on the Drs and how much hypnoval they give you. I would need a gallon.

    Thank you.

You must ask for help to get petrol what if you ran out that would be worse..
I'm glad you are ok though.

I think you both take mor ethan I do at the mo ...... but it does seem to rule my life at times!

forgot to order a repeat prescription today .... only get 100 co-codamol (only :? ) at a time and they only last 12 1/2 days if I take the full dose, so I seem always to be asking for more   but will remember tomorrow

might be here a while .... copying photos onto the computer, but it is taking ages so might have overloaded the system
should put them on disc really but not sure how  another job for the weekend.

our neighbour was looking at our ramp today and asking why we had it done .... should have seen her face when I suggested that at some point I might be getting a wheelchair  and that I struggled to get up our front step at times  I suppose she thinks I'm 'young' (i'm just over half her age) and I walk the dog so must be fine. Should have seen me this morning though :lol::lol::lol: looked anything but fit

36 and counting upwards, but heh, not to worry.

I feel the same and getting into a wheelchair is going to seem very odd, but, I cannot make it round a large shop, no way, the OT was right, why not enjoy where you go. The first one to talk over me, as if I am not there, will get a big shock.

You should have said that you were getting ready for Sants to land his sleigh there if it snows. :D:D

Why do you put a slope so you don't have steps.

In all honesty when my son had decking put in before they went abroard they had a ramp when we went to look at it, I asked why they put a ramp there. Did not bother to think it was for me.

Have you seen the trolley's that fit onto the wheelchairs? You can ask for one and you get them free I think in all supermarkets.

    They are good though.

Pregablin, aii, well, I am leaving the three pills for the bedtime dose, but that seems bonkers, as I am reasonably ok in bed, back pain wise at least. Might only take two, I think they are doing my head in to be honest. They are strong drugs and a lot of people take months if not a year or more, to increase to the dose I am on. That has taken me 3 weeks...........

Crikey bubbles, I just counted up mine
I forget that the painkillers add so many more .... now I'm up to 17 tablets a day, plus inhalers, eye drops & MTX injections.

Still, less that you (and less that I have sometimes had when on other combos)...... for now ....... for which I'm thankful .... I don't like taking tablets

I am thinking of seeing if we can borrow a wheelchair at the bird reserves when we go away to North Norfolk in October. It isn't so much the distance walking (I can go as slow as I like) but the fact that there is never somewhere to sit down when I need to .... but that feels a big step to say I need one .... as most of the time I can manage, but on long days out it would help me to do more without wearing myself out.

I can do much more than you can, but I think we are thinking of using them in similar ways. For me it is the bad days for which it would help .... on the good days I wouldn't think of it.

    not sure that makes sense?

maybe it is time for bed ........ yawning

I was crayoning earlier, but am too pooped now. I have seen those troleys and will try one out today, at Tesco's, see how it feels and see what I can sneak into it. Am going to have to go rest up. Will catch you all tomorrow. Take care and lots of Love xxxxx Bubbles
