Can you take some painkillers? Sorry you are in a lot of pain. Twist your head the other way round and it will feel normal

Hi Trish have just taken some paracetamol to top up the 300mg of Tramadol slow release that I take, its starting to ease a little now, but its blooming painful! How are you doing? Brenda xx

I'm still in pain but can take something more soon. It is bad when the night meds have not done too much so can have something stronger.

Oh Trish so sorry you are in pain again, hope your meds help out and work quickly for you. Mine has kicked in now so has eased off thank goodness. Have you seen your boy anymore, how long are they home for. It must be such a relief to know that he is so close by at the mo. Brenda Just sending this to cheer you up a bit xx

Hi All, Not sure who's about.
I see some of you were up late & some had bad nights. ((((HUGS)))) for all of you.
I had to be up early as my newish back door had dropped & workman had to come out & adjust it. He didnt have the right size spanner :roll: so he had to make a makeshift one, none of ours fit either :roll: You'd think when he looked at the job he would have brought a spanner to fit. :roll:
I'll let him off as he said he was attending a house fire til 5am Someone had fell asleep with the chip pan still on :shock: & set fire to there flat :shock:
