    Evening all!
    Just popped in to see if I could see news of Annie. Does anyone know if she is home yet and if she is ok? Annie, if you are around and you pop in to the cafe, just to say I'm thinking of you and hoping you are feeling much better.

    Thanks for that - looked on the "Annie" threads and couldn't find any news so just a bit worried. Hopefully she will be feeling a bit better now.

    For various reasons I have been virtually housebound for past couple of weeks and it's driving me mad. Hubby was off work on hols this week and we haven't been able to do much at all. Feel as if I am letting him down so badly but he is so kind and understanding. Must be very hard for him too.

    How are you doing on the new drug? Are you starting to see any benefit yet? Really hope so.

    Just skimmed back and saw Cris's post about the dog attack. It must have been very frightening for you Cris- really hope you are ok and those bites heal up quickly. You don't need anything else to deal with. :cry:

    It was starting to work but last week I was stuck in bed just couldn't put my feet to the floor, my rheumy nurse has said that it could take a while to work. I know what you mean about letting fam down, I wanted to take my youngest son away but been too unwell. This new med has done one thing its made my cholesterol go high :roll: so now on statins.

    Oh Julie I am so sorry. Hopefully it will start to work for you soon and last week was a blip (some blip eh). Not good news about the cholesterol and the statins though. Can't remember which drug you're taking but is the raised cholesterol a known side effect?

    Hi to all and thanks for all the good wishes.........just back in for a short time and feeling almost human again, but not sure if it was Fat Kev's rub-down or the omelette that did the trick. Jeez, the things a girl has to do to get an omelette!

    Will have a builders while I'm here, not up to eating much just now, mmmmm, maybe another omelette?

    Will pop back in later maybe if can't sleep and will see you all tomorrow.
