    Actually truth be told I don't do angry very well but I would like you to feel a tad better and if the meds help do remember 'em please.
    Sorry you are still up to it in mud, not been too bad here today compared to yesterday and flood alerts around have all stopped thankfully.
    Will get you some warm buckets of energy and hope you have a decent night and some head room to sleep. Love to Velc and the all the gang.
    Am paying for my earlier burst of activity but at least no work tomorrow so can ease my knees gently into the day.

    Ah now not getting angry must be to do with the name (h or no h :lol: ) I don't do angry, I used to but have mellowed out o far now I scare people :lol::lol: Sorry your knees are playing up, I will try for a better night, last one was so painful but I know something my neck doesn't know :wink:

    The mud is the top soil :wink: This place has plenty of the top soil, 18-24" actually. In the days when I could dig it did some fine veg....... now the lodgers do mud :wink: 2 have left for the winter fields and hopefully the other 4 wont be far behind though I shall miss them terrible to be honest. xx

    Hope you ok Wonky, yes was certainly a better day here, cold but not the freeze we had yesterday.
    Will leave the breakfast things out for delboy but hope he isn't up so early tomorrow with the aches and pains.

    Mornin All,

    Woke to rain clobbering the window :roll: It ok now but the clouds are out in force and well I just can't risk getting the bags wet so head in hands and rocking back and forth :wink:

    Some wind as well and its too cold so going to pop into town and while here see if the gates were open and if they are go in and say hello and apologize for being a coward :oops:

    A builders and some energy please to send me on my way :D

    I would love a cuppa. I'll get this washing up done too. About time I pulled my weight round here. Don't want you lot thinking I'm lazy.
    Then I shall pop off home and make some more soup. I think with the weather as it is, will go down a treat.

    Do you know, I had the best nights sleep last night. Slept right through to 8 a.m. this morning. After the disappointing day I had too. Must have been that banana I ate. Must have been really tired too, but went to bed thinking. Whats the point of worrying what this could be or that could be. Just got to live with it and make the best of it. Right that's the washing up. I'll give the cooker a wipe down too.

    I will have nothing to do today - good really as I am getting ready to see my sis from Scotland - the one who has lost a huge amount of weight (over 5.5 stone!!). Hope it's not raining or I might not see her :) at the train sation tomorrow :wink:

    Glad to hear Joy and delboy are feeling a bit brighter, it must be these marvellous buckets of energy from the cafe.
    Cris sorry you have had another dousing today, yep was pouring here all morning so couldn't face going to town, Christmas pressies will have to wait another day.
    Hope you got a suitable fridge rehab, yes it does sound like a very essential purchase, warm beer is awful.
    Toni, hope you have a lovely time with your sis, and that she has a good journey tomorrow.

    just popped in for a quick cuppa - trying to summon up any energy today ........ must be tired I think.

    Cris - littlelegs thanks you for the half a chew she managed to wrestle off him, and the thoughts behind the gift :wink: She sends you them back having had a good bath (it's raining here :wink::lol: ) and on strict instructions to behave themselves!

    who was it has lost their sleep????? sorry forgot :oops: :oops: I think I have got a double dose today so PLEASE come and fetch it back for tonight :wink:

    We've got two fridges. Mines the smallest in the kitchen. The other, the biggest, is in the garage full of, guess what? beer.
    Son works for a brewery, sohe is always giving his dad a box of beer. Trouble is OH doesn't drink that much now. Makes him put on weight.

    I've finally arrived - a little later than expected, but in good shape considering it's Thursday.

    Most of the chores are done, too, whoopee!

    I'll chill out with a large builders and a dish of sticky toffee pudding and custard..............anyone joining me?

    Trish, I think we all know now that Miracles Do Happen! and this one couldn't have happened to a more deserving couple. I confess, your story has made me a bit husky too, at times.

    Right, I have given my knees their evening soak and now they are feeling hungry..............sorry[/] I'm feeling hungry.

    A cheese and tomato toasted sandwich would go down well, together with some soup - have we got any oxtail soup? If not, I'll have the mushroom. After that I will consider having something rich and sweet. Any suggestions (I might be sorry I've said that).

    We have got Oxtail with dumplings, and Barley, is that ok, not with a sandwich I don't think so.

    Have some other soup, I just made some veggie, Mushroom soup. that would go well with it.

    Hi Trish mushroom soup sounds just the thing for me at the moment. Not sure what happened here today but think I slept through most of it :? Am always so tired after my work stint but try and keep going. Give me a day off and I grind to a halt and don't even feel guilty. I'm sure we should all hibernate through the winter.

    Hope you find your sleep tonight Debs, Wonky and Cris. Guess most of us are perhaps trying to do too much.
    Glad Thursday was ok Annie and you managed to get the chores done, well done you.
    Hi Joy hope your day was a better one today.
    Jan hope you made time to watch a bit more House, he really is addictive. How are the headaches?

    Hope you had a rest Cris if you missed the sale, and you are not feeling guilty if you did. You deserve a break do remember the tablets though eh! The doc changed some of mine last week wonder if that is what is sending me to sleep.
