    Gino the lovely Italian chef won :D and Kim came 2nd. They all did really well with the trials this year but all lost so much weight. Think they could do with a few visits to the cafe.
    Still no word from Val I am now very worried that she must be poorly.
    One builders coffee coming up.

    I love Gino the chef!!! Perhaps we could hire him to make us some cake and coffee! :lol: 8)

    Hope people are having a restful evening, my knee is niggling so I'm off to my duvet with a cup of tea and a serial murder catcher book (should help the nightmares!)

    Hi-di-hi campers ...... brief call in for a hot chocolate and whatever treats Trisher has left for me. Been a long day ..... but am calmer than I was last night - thanks for putting up with me !

    Oh Trisher you are so kind :D:D choccy cake and soup - you do spoil me. Mind you it sounds like we should be treating you after your day! - I hope you don't wake up too bruised and battered in the morning.

    Wow what a lot of appointments we have all had today -

    Joan I am glad to hear that your mole is now and ex mole - hopefully never to be seen again

    Chris - Hydro and physio go ok? you did well to get both in on the same day I am impressed.

    Annie - glad that the EMG etc didn't show anything you didn't expect. Hope you didn't suffer too much during ... hubby was not terribly keen on his EMG :wink:

    Jan - hope you are starting to feel better & good luck with the new glasses - I find they do make a difference for me so hope they do for you.

    Lottiefox - welcome! so good to see you here - there's always room for an extra one :D

    Gosh .... sure I have missed someone ..... sorry :oops: :oops:

    It may be that her computer is not working. I would have thought that she would have tried to get in touch with someone.

    I guess that she also could be in hospital, just don't know what to say really.

    It's a shame we do not know where she lives.

    I've popped in to see what goodies have been left lying around, ooh, porridge, just the job, let's see, cream, honey, mmmmm.

    Just make myself a large builders and .................mmm. A couple of painkillers on the side and I can go back to bed and try again for another couple of hours zzzzzzzzz.

    I've had a tidy round and cleaned the gents, strange noises in there again but couldn't see anything. Maybe Rehab's mac is hiding in there - no - he found it, didn't he? Good job I'm not the nervous type.

    Hello Annie, you just going, Hope you get back to sleep. I don't think I will bother. I'm going out this morning, so will probably get an hour this afternoon.
    That porridge looks nice, wonder if the OH would like some

    Glad wonky eat all that chocolate cake up, mustn't forget my diet. Haven't weighed myself for 3 days. Daren't :roll: :roll: I have been trying to get some exercise, of the walking type, very painful. I had to climb 4 flights of stairs y'day because the lift wasn't working at my Opticians. They were doing the hearing tests there and had offered me a free test. Needless to say, my hip was screaming at me on the way home. I'm really pleased with myself because last night was the first time in about 5 days that I had any pain killers on top of my Tramadol. Now, do I have porridge or not? Can you have porridge on a diet?

    Joy, I think porridge on a diet is fine - but maybe not with full cream and/or jam and honey as tends to make it taste better!!! :lol:

    Have a good Saturday everyone - as said, the shops will be mad - I did 10 minutes in Tesco yesterday for some cat food and bits and it was chaos. Demented trolley pushers without any spatial awareness and impatient men barging around trying to find beer! I'm off to see an OS for the first time at 12.15. He has been recommended to me after rebuilding a friend of mine's two knees post his footballing injuries so we shall see what he thinks of my OA kneecaps and OCD lesion. Fingers crossed! :D

    Right, all the chores are done, been to the Christmas Fair - very enjoyable, but I didn't sit on Santa's lap. Had my swine flu jab, back home and tired as hell.

    Going to have a builders and a slice of coffee cake and go to bed for an hour.

    Hi Elizabeth those chocolate croissants sound nice, but I've just had egg and chips so will save one for later.
    Hope your hip has stopped screaming now Joy and that today is an ok one for you.
    Delboy I should have taken your advise but went to the supermarket for a few bits and over loaded the trolley as usual forgetting that it is easy to push and not so easy to carry home when it's in the bags. Ouch :cry:
    Annie hope you having a good nap and that the power stayed on last night.
    Jan you should be getting your specs about now so hope they help with the headaches.
    Cris hope you are getting on top of the mud mountain :? wish it would dry out for you and give you a break. Hope you managed to get some kip last night if the head sleepers allowed it!

    We have been quite lucky today, a rare bit of sunshine and no rain so far.

    I really enjoyed it at the hydrotherapy pool yesterday. It was even warmer than I expected so will look forward to going again next Friday.

    Sorry lottie think I missed you earlier I hope your appointment with the OS went OK.
