Oh, bless his cotton socks, Trish! He obviously adores you.

It's time for my bedtime builders and perhaps some ice-cream to wash down the night meds.

Hope you all have good days tomorrow and better nights tonight.

Hi Julie, Annie, Trish and all who are lurking. Hugs all round, hope you get some sleep Julie.
Glad Jan is having a good time too.

I am so hot and bothered, I will sit by the window and try and catch some breeze.

Time is going faster Trish, the older you get, the faster the days seem to vanish, well, the weeks and months, it's nearly autumn already. When I was at school, the summer holidays seemed to last for ever, with long hot days, dried up grass, weeks of sunshine, playing outside every day.
Now, you blink and the day has gone. I think we are in a time warp
I am sure it was a difficult phone call from your grandson, good to talk, but hard to explain.

Hi all, Im still awake just.
Time must be flying by cause...My internet is on a timer (stepson doesnt sleep at night so got it on timer to get him to go to bed  ) sat here earlier trying to attach some piccies on email & nothing was happening. Little S.d has been down in the night & turn the timer so it came back on :x Result was me sitting here like a wally wondering why nothing was working :x so had to pull the computor unit out & reset it. Nothing is safe from being interfered with in this house  so i was thinking it was later than it was cause it had gone off

Trish, Glad youve spoke to your grandson, bless him.

Think i'll have a sleeping draft & cuppa before i turn in. Oh & the fire looks nice, I'll be quiet as cris is in the embers.

Nothing is sacred, very true. I would have been all to pot too, wondering why things were not working.

You are welcome by the fire, I am all aglow as it is, fans all on, totally sweltered and it isn't even all that hot, I will sit outside on the patio and talk to you through the window, I need a breeze blowing around and about

Oh yes please, I am sprayed with jungle formula to stop the heebie jeebies getting me. Not being one for creepies, especially the 8 legged ones. Oh the thoughts of sitting by the fire, I would be a puddle.

Could I have some bourbon creams and some nice biscuit creams and, (oh what a pig), some of those digestive ones with caramel in them, really gooey. I could well be sickly after all those, but never mind, I will get over it.
I am going to the back door, for a wee ciggy and a cool breather. The laptop is melting, like me.

You rest well debs, don't worry about the crumbs, I will get my little rechargeable bissell thingy to clear them up. I was thinking about a sticky bun, but now you mention the mouse trap, I will give them a miss and leave them for Trish. I will have some treacle sponge cake instead, with my pills, then I am off to bed too.
Shopping today, well, later on today, off in the buggy, round Tesco's. It makes it SO much easier, otherwise I would not get past the first aisle.
Sleep well everyone, cuddles is fed and watered, have shut the window. Fresh coffee on the go and T in the pot. Treacle cake on the side, it is very sticky, but yummy.

Missed you all again O blast.

Decided to try going to bed early incase I got overtired well had meds including Amytpys and Zoplicline a sleeping tablrt well read for a while then lookes at the telly thinking I would nod off.

Telly in bedroom on timer. Well I cannot toss and turn, and I gradually as usual slipped down in the bed because I move my arms and well not legs but I just go downwards.

Pulled myself up but I'm still awake.

By the way these steroids have not helped the pain in my hads any easier.
Anyone else want their ceiling painted while I'm up here??

Oh dear, there were some peeps up and about last night. Trish, while you are up on the ceiling please could you dust off the lampshade? I did that back in January when I was up there and I don't think it's been done since then.

Have called in for a builders before I start the morning chores, need to get hubby involved as there's a cabinet needs moving.

Beautiful day here again, long may it last.

Hi girls. Sorry I haven't been around for awhile again. I have been struggling to get all my jobs done for my exhibition, plus I am having a really painful flare up of PMR. Got to go back on steroids.
    fed up.

You sound like you don't know where your coming or going Trish. If you are still in lots of pain, then your medical team must try something different surely. You get to the point where you feel that they don't really care and that they just want you to shut up.
But you have to get them to give you something other than all these steroids.

Anyway, I was going to have a doughnut, but have decided that I am going to try and cut out sugar from my diet for the next month. I don't relish the thought that I might blow up like a sumo again (Shouldn't say that should I, it could be misconstrude) This cuppa is lovely. Now I shall backtrack and try and get up to date. I need a laugh today.
