    Afternoon ladies

    Well was awake till about 5 ish I know but guess what I fell Asleep till 9am. I was so happy. It was still dark at 5am this morning so never saw the sun come up or not. It is cloudy one minute then sunny the next although it is still very warm.

    I can remember only weeks ago how light it was at 4am how Val would have her tea in the garden drinking her tea.

    Will have a coffe and a sticky bun with a cherry, Julie thanks for getting them for me.

    Hope Ange enjoyed her meal out last night. She has had a very busy Birthday week.

    I hope you are all okish

    Have come in for a builders and a slice of apple crumble and cream. No one about, so will help myself with my usual agile leap over the counter to the urn.

    It is a beautiful evening here, warm and scented - someone nearby has night-scented stock.

    Will sit by the window and inhale deeply.

    off to bed sleep well all last one out stick key under brick do not worry about washing machine being on it rehabs mac we found it well will not mention where but it needs a long wash :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

    Rose, Im so glad you got the piccies, i wasnt sure i'd done it right.
    I have a new email address & couldnt get them to send at first. Now ive spent most of the evening changing it for bills etc. Didnt think about it til Cris said she had sent something & it kept rejecting it. Im hopeless :oops: :lol:

    Debs , i wouldnt know how to put a picture in an email im pretty useless with that stuff i get 1 of the kids to show me or do it for me :D

    Its took me ages to learn to attach photos, I was getting really good at burning discs & now forgoten how to do that :oops: Ive got to copy a cd for someone so i think i'll get OH to do it. I'll just tell him im busy so i dont look so thick :wink::lol:

    Are we alone again tonight, Trish isnt well again & ive not seen julie. Leaving some ((((hugs)))) for you girls. debs

    not too bad thanks, been a bit of a rough few weeks with the pills, but seem to be getting used to them, they alter your mind as well as dulling the pain, but, what do you do, be in agony, or on another planet :roll: :roll:

    Ive stuck at 200mg for now, 300 & i havent got the ability to do anything :shock:

    400 at the moment, rheummy wants me on 600, but I can only just cope with the 400, along with high dose co codamol and every other tablet under the sun

    hi Jules, im off to bed in a bit but nice to see you.
    Still cant get you up as a neighbour, have you got me?

    Bubbles, thats what im taking 200mg twice a day. you can take the 200mg 3x a day if you want to, then your getting the 600mg but spaced out better. Ive not tryed it yet but must start next week.
    Im so sore & stiff, so im hoping they help.
    I havent got the cocodomols with Tramadols, just top up with paracetamols & Oramorph. When i was on the cocos i was so sick every day. its the codiene :roll:
    I must try to get some sleep as i have one eye thats allready gone sleep so i must take the other to bed :lol:

    Thankyou bubbles sending some back to you :D My brother bought me some teabags from M&S and they are lovely, it has to be one of the best teas I have drunk in a long time.

    N Night Julie, those T bags sound great, I will get some on Tuesday when I venture in to Mark's. Will put them on the list.

    Leaving mountains of hugs and well wishes for peaceful nights and better days. Says Bubbles who is seizing up rapidly for some reason. :roll: blo*** arthur. :shock: At least I didn't swear on a Sunday, it is well into Monday now.

    Time for T and then to bed.

    I think a restful day for Monday, me, rest, not a chance, as long as I am pottering, I am keeping going. Shut up now Bubbles and go to bed, you are rambling. The medicine trolley is out and well stocked.
