GRANDMOTHER ( couldnt class this as work as I love it)
Housewife and mother still even though 2 have left home it nevers ends HA HA

Legal Secretary/Solicitors Clerk - did this for 6 years until my first daughter was born and loved every minute.
Worked at or from home typing medical and pathological reports/rent collector/office cleaner while at home for 4 years with the children.
Went back to college at the age of 36 as a mature student and qualified as an optician the year I was 40.
Was made redundant after 15 years, so retrained again and became PA to the Operations Manager of an International Medical Emergency Assistance Company
Made redundant again after 11 years, so retrained again and finally - last but by no means least - Trading Standards Officer.

I love my job, if my hands give up on me my bosses joke we'll surgically attach a camera to my arms.lol Lets hope it doesn't get to that eh.
Best of luck finding something you want to do. Even if it's only a few hours a week, it'll make you feel sooo much better about yourself. Sitting at home can be so depressing. (unless you have kids to care for etc obviously!) xx0 -

13 years ago I set up my own software testing consultancy and have worked for about 15 major banks/companies
penetration/social engineering tester - basically had to gain access to a (major) company by false pretences and obtain info via systems, papers on desks & face to face meetings with staff.

I started work at age 14 - Saturday shop assistant in local supermarket
I also did a lot of babysitting
I ran a social services summer playscheme
I taught English as a foreign language to students
Teacher in mainstream and then special school
At the sametime respite carer then longterm foster carer
Voluntary work - respite care home for children with special needs, helping at a local primary school, for SCOPE (then called spastics society,) 2 years charity work in Romanian orphanage.
(This list started chronologically ... but didn't stay that way.)

SpeedalongI have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0 -

when daughter at school became a school dinner lady in kitchen
for 5 years then left that
became a qualified support care assistant looking after adults with learning and physical disabuilities
