    Poor Cris, what a lot you have to deal with. These appointments are important as they are helping you but it must be so awful sitting for hours, in discomfort and with so many things to do.

    Its a shame they dont put you to the front of the queue.

    Hope the rave has finished. Are they waving all those glo-sticks too.Very pretty but not good for your eyes.

    It does seem like a lot is going wrong at the mo...... I did go though and begged to be seen quicker so was only waiting 2and a bit hours today. Then came home to think what a waste of time that was :lol::lol::lol::lol: ((( ))) xx

    More monitoring and no difference really..... I do see the uselessess cus the crohn's has flared and isn't just reacting..... I actually got an appointment on Friday :shock: I hope i will be of some use :wink: Bubbles and ((( ))) xx

    Hi Val, Wonky, Annie and Trish,

    Well I did go. Its no different though I think the left one is seeing a bit more clear quicker..... They still say its my brain, thy still don't know what is active and what is damage and they still don't know why I keep getting it. The pa/crohn's bit is slightly better so i got more drops and well will have to see how it goes I guess.

    Don't have to go again less there is no change or they get worse...... Thanks again you all. ((( ))) xxx

    Hi Cris hope you are feeling better, i took my dad to our local hospitals eye clinic last year and we were there for half a day :shock: wonder if its the same every where :?

    Be honest I am feeling really unwell today :roll: The crohn's is def flaring and the bones are not far behind and ...... hey bet you wished you hadn't asked eh :lol::lol::lol:

    It was needed I guess today just to see it was no worse..... They said the consultant would poss have more answers and might give me some heavy duty treatment. I guess that will be a long wait somehow :wink:

    Its a good job i went with him he saw that many different people because they thought he had somethimg that was rare he couldn't see when we got out cos of all the drops they put in

    HI Cris,

    like ange says, it's tough to know what else to advise you .... but I still think that having a GP surgery you have confidence in would be a great help even just psychologically.

    Do keep making a fuss with the consultants until they see you and sort something for you - it is bad enough having to wait for treatments we try to get to full working capacity without having to wait in agony for them to be prescribed in the first place!

    Sorry it was such an anticlimax for you, flower. The time wasn't wasted however much it feels like it, you do desperately need the attention.

    Like the others, can't think what to advise next, but between us we have a huge pool of resourcefulness....someone will come up with something - we always do!

    Cris well done love, so glad you got that bit over, so sorry you had a long wait again. Really hope the useless ones have changed and that they give you the time at your appointment and some meds/support that will help. I see it a really rough day so hope you are getting some rest now if you can. We will hope to see you in tomorrow.

    Hi Ange, Wonky, Annie, Chris and Jan,

    It will just take a bit of time for the consultant appointments to come through I guess. BUT I see the rumo on the 26th an I honestly think that he will use mtx (please not back on the sulfa :roll: ) and that will hopefully bring the crohn's and the pa under control which might help my eyes as well eh? He might be able to refer me internally to either the eye consultant or the gastro cus well the crohn's does put the drip in danger (that due in May) cus of the risk of hemorrhage. I will leave you to work out the rest of that sentence cus of the risk of TMI :wink::lol::lol:

    Hey on the plus side I'm losing weight :D I need to so thats good eh? I like the silver lining side of things really :lol::lol::lol:

    Anyway I been really unwell today so thanks for you hugs and support and you all take care. A ton of ((((( )))))'s back to you all Cris xxxx

    Not been very good at doing things today cus I really have been feeling ill. Its not missing the sulfa its gone for flare and hell it hurts! The eyes are not as sore tonight though ones gone red but thats expected eh?

    Got to decide between now and friday do I want to see a gastro or let it be treated via what ever drugs he gives me for the pa......It will be months to be seen and I had preds last time, they worked but I got a reaction to em and vowed I would not take them again, I also vowed no more tubes and cameras...... see you can tell what I am thinking :lol::lol::lol:

    I hope you have had a reasonable day? Panda Eyes was missing tonight...... Too Clever by Half had taken her place and thats the hardest thing i have done today.... played tag while carrying a bale with the spacial dancing jumping cow, she is after all almost full grown :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Thanks again for you support and I shall beg to borrow Little Legs to bark at said dancing loon tomorrow :lol::lol::lol: Cris xxx
