Cris,

I've got me alarm set for 5:30 for the morn. I'll do the driving so's you can keep your slippers on in the back.

........we'll pick up Joanne and Chris on the way and play your favourite music and chat all the way there to keep you distracted.

afterwards we'll stop at Val's cafe and have a bacon buttie, loads of builder's and fairy cakes.

I tell you I get so scared of going in to these doctors...... They really are a word that would be deleted and I spend so much of my day picking it up

If she gets nasty I shall think what would you all say and not run out crying (I have done that 2x now :oops: ) and I must remember to get the ct results......

right i have hold of her head will feed her while you milk they do trust me to feed her form time to time

Thank you all for being there.... she wasn't too bad..... bit of a comment about the walk in visit..... Don't think they liked that bit!

Got some tablets to calm the crohns down, she also thinks a referral would be useful...... You get 5 mins and so as there was too much for one visit I have to go again on wens :roll: I see the Rumo on Friday and he will help far more than anything the docs do......

My thanks to you all and yep I knew you'd come and was much braver than I would have been.

Oh she also thinks I should go back to the eye dept so I said I would after the Rumo next Friday..... I must remember.... ((( )))'s and Luv to you all Cris who is about to go look at a car xx

Sooooooooooo glad you made it, Cris.......and 5 mins for an appointment made me boggle. That is a ridiculous amount of time for a doctor appointment and beggars belief.

Glad you've got some initial help and hope that you will begin to feel a little better soon, good luck for the Wednedsday appointment........well, for the whole of next week with your other appointments too.......maybe by Easter you will find things are looking up.

We've got rain here today, a heavy drizzle really, but we were beginning to need it. It's still very mild here.

Hey Cris - WELL DONE on going!!!!!!!!

Cris words fail me that you were only 'allowed' the five minutes :shock: if they are going to be so stingy with the giving out of appointments how the ******* can they stop you mid flow and say come back another time? :shock: :shock: :x :x

I would keep trying to change GP if you can but glad that you came out feeling fairly positive.

hope the rheumy is as helpful as usual and gets you on the right track!
