    The highlight of the day has been Fathers Day and hubby having a long chat with our son.

    Also it has been a lovely day here sunny blue skies what more can you ask for.

    Federer winning. I missed it due to work, and probably won't get to see the highlights for various reasons (VVP will be hogging the good telly for more rubbish footy, for example). But he's through! DD

    No! It's not your GPs fault! Glad you survived the CF and cake last night. I shall be playing at Wimbledon today - not! Seriously thinking about wheelchair tennis tho - think they'd have me? I don't really qualify! DD

    My grand daughter remembering the word "enormous" from a story I was sort of making up from her book about a giant. She kept repeating it in a loud voice with the emphasis on the "e".

    I liked a game we played too, I was "asleep" on the settee, she covered me up with a blanket, she ran off to quickly return to wake me up, She thought it hilarious and I had a sort of rest! :D

    The highlight of my day was coming home from the most boring training course on earth,, oh no just remembered got to go back and be bored again tomorrow xx

    :D Yesterday a little voice on the other end of the phone saying Hello Gran, doctors, bit poorly. Bless, Lola had been taken to the gp as she was all dopey on being woken and threw up her breakfast. Diagnosis from gp .........a virus. She tucked into her tea so it did not last too long. :D

    My reason to be cheerful today? The housework, washing and fod shopping is all done and I'm heading into town after lunch with my girls for clothes shopping :) And we'll be researching ideas for my online shop, of course!

    I bought some new fish for my garden pond, and it was lovely to watch them swimming around getting used to their new home.

    :D Eating new tatties and french beans from the allotment. :D I made a potato salad and tossed the cooked beans in my favourite homemade garlic salad dressing. Heaven! :D

    the builders decided to do the painting up on the roof line first, and only then will they start on my lovely path and ramp :roll:

    so wonky step (only covers half the doorway :lol::lol: ) is still here :roll:


    mind you .... the good news is I think we've booked a holiday :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

    I say think, because the cottage was provisionally booked by someone else, but now we can have it :D:D so just waiting for the brochure and then send a deposit. Littlelegs is already booked into kennels :wink:

    :D Having a ME day after my wonderfully, happy afternoon yesterday, playing pretend games, jumping and running in the garden and doing, oh such difficult puzzles, with my little friend, showing me where the pieces go.:D

    just had great physio she did say will have lots of pain today but will be much better later can live with that she showed me pictures of what and where so i understand and has given lots of advice and exercises to help sort things out back in a fortnight hoping it all much better by then :D:D:D:D:D
