Sorry, just catching up with this thread now, but really pleased to hear that you are now mobile with your frame.
I have everything crossed for you that you can go home next week Kim.
Thinking of you.

Hope all goes well for you soon. Love Sue0 -
Hi, just been told that 18th october is my anticipted discharge date, I must master crutches and then walking stick first, so still much work for me to do, I am trying to walk a little further each day love Kimxxx0
-
That's really good news, Kim. A positive goal to aim for is always helpful and I'm sure you will make it!
Love
Annie0 -
Well, that sounds positive: crutches do take some co-ordination and try to remember not to hunch your shoulders - they can end up round one's ears very quickly! Ten days to go - you are so nearly there, just hang on in! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Good to hear you have a planned escape day
Hurrah!!
Now practise makes perfect and you have something to aim for.
Keep us up to date with your progress and we will cheer you on from the sidelines
Love

Hi Kim,
So good to see a planned escape day! You will get there as well flower and will soon be home. I bet jasper will so pleased to have you there again. Love and a (((( )))) and a special back on your feet quickly draft. Cris xx0 -
Hi Jasper,
That is good news. Roll on the 18th and I do hope you are awarded the well earned full licence for the crutches.
Many gentle hugs,
