My bird watch was diabolical too🙄I saw 6 pigeons one Robin two blackbirds and a green t*t (edited just in case). Useless and very worrying. Elfie helped me.

Look at him driving the motorhome Paul only nipped out to plug the cable in!

He was supposed to stay at home with Sleek. I expect she's going to tell on me now! Bless her she us a good help. Her second best binoculars are very good. The vet loves her she is one of the animals she's known the longest at 15. She had to put down Sleek's predecessor Eric and probably remembers me bawling too.

I had a letter from the hospital to say they had just found my results of the MRI I had in August. It shows quite significant degenerative scoliosis ( side way curves of your spine )

A disc bulge at the L3/4 level that is pressing on the nerve you could have a steroid injection. So I have to let him know. I don’t want that because the Doctor at our surgery wont do it because my hip is artificial.

Toady (()) sorry to put all that. Do you know how you close the ones down on the computer that are there when you close it down. Good luck with the man doing your tree’s. It seems dark here. Have a good day.

Hi again all - I have been on the phone for Quite Some Time 😬 (but nothing I didn't want to do) so I'm glad to be back within reach of a coffee and a sit down again 👍️.

Hope all's well with @frogmorton in her home from home with her 'gnome from home' 🤭. Sleek good as gold although we may have been grumbling about the weather, we have been poking things into our al fresco basket 🍎🍇🥦 (not all quite as virtuous as those things 😉). Did I tell you Mr B is very bold and friendly, he hardly moves away when I take food to him and when he heard I was out there yesterday came to the fence outside the back door to get me 😊. Oh tree man was nice just waiting for quote 🤞. Have a good night :) xx

Hello Joan, yes the tree person was here on the dot and missed the rain and wind, just! You were right though there wasn't a drop of sun to be had all day. Will speak to him again about actually booking in assuming quote is ok. What things do you mean you want to shut down, is it programmes that stop your tablet closing down or tabs you don't want 🤔. I only ever hibernate my laptop so I forget about shutdown procedures. We'd all want to know what's going on with you at Drs etc, like you would if it was us. Sorry to hear about the MRI results, do you mean the hosp recommend the steroid, but you know your Dr disagrees with them about whether you should. Let us know any updates won't you 😘. xx

Hi to bosh, sorry about trying to help between your mum and dad and not being thanked for it 🙄, sometimes you 'can't do right for doing wrong' as they say 😔. Hope your mum is doing ok anyway and the sleep is doing her good. Oh treats for 'virtuous' Bill's, I see, nice work if you can get it 🤨. I will be glad to get to bed tonight it has been a long day. I have an annoying sore place on my tongue that I get because I have a sharp tooth and apparently I like chewing myself in the night, anyone would think I have some vampire nurse blood 😱 let's see what I can do by tomorrow 🤐. That’s nice to go out with the motor home to Chester, how’s the weather though?

It was decidedly ookey here this morning,

So much so that I didn’t even attempt a walk, as a cold would be the last thing I needed

I’ve been eating in what I’d call a fairly normal way today, so no very strong junk food urges that I gave into, which was good, so that form of stress - related symptom seems to be dying down 👍

But dad started such a terrible argument with me in the kitchen that I had to eat my lunch in two stages, the second one being about 4 pm🤷‍♀️

But at least things are getting better on the whole thanks Toni🙏

Thanks, I wish I were as strong as mum, but it’s good that I have some of her strength ❤️

mum is still sleeping a lot to catch up with the hospital- insomnia and she’s still a bit cranky - but who wouldn’t be, of course, in that situation? - but yes you’re right, she’s doing very well indeed in general

A long time ago I had this terrible office job in London, the only perk was free tea and tea - related supplies for the people who got to work early enough, I had to travel a long distance to get there, so I didn’t always get in early, but when I did someone had been petty enough to finish all the skimmed and semi - skimmed, all that was left was whole milk - which I absolutely disgusting 🤢

Mxt yucky, I am tired today, but probably part mxt part thermostat - of course- and part the stress to put it accurately haha

Yes that was good of my sister and she can reassure her three kids indeed haha

Also my mum and sis have lots of nice chats and get on well so that’s good for mum indeed

Oh no tooth problems are nasty

I have one tooth that’s a bit sore but not constantly, mostly when I’m hungry or having a bit too much of the ookey sugary stuff, I did mention it the NHS dentist once and she said she’d only take it out if I really needed it out as it would be pretty painful, so I’m bearing with it for now, but I understand- a kind of not necessarily constant but nagging irritating pain of the ookey variety 🤢

Did you make the long phone call from your landline? Or mobile?
because when I make long mobile calls I sometimes set a silent timer and use speakerphone so I can roam around the room sipping drinks and taking cardigans on and off etc lol

Ok my aim is not to go on shooting the breeze all night lol and to retire early so
