    There we go barbara, a nice cuppa now put yer feet up for a bit, the bikki , cake tins and fruit bowl are on the table if you fancy something. i will sit and join you, then i have to work out how to clean the bottoms of my feet,

    all the younger ones had spray tans at my mates last night and i wondered around bare foot as i always do, the base of my feet look like ive had an extreame fake tan session :lol: so i wont be taking my shoes off and putting me feet up in the pub tonight :shock: :lol:

    Oh spray tan....I would love one...a tan really does make you feel better, I have been tempted but Im scared of coming out orange :eek: Coco brown feet...hope it comes off...thanks for the drink and biccies....will see you later....Im hoping I can actually walk today :grin: you have a goodish day

    well just popped to town and picked up new glasses not sure like them yet lol will go back to old ones in a bit .
    still got tooth ache so will have to go dentist monday lol had to get new tooth brush dropped last one and it stopped working half price at min in b**ts so went for better one than was going to lol val

    evening to one and all, "den of iniquity", what on earth has been going on?

    I will have to put some special pills on the trolley tonight.

    Hope everyone is as ok as possible and arthur is not being too painful. It's chilly here, heating on, after the lovely weather the past two days, it was cold out today. Sending warming hugs far and wide.

    Hi Rose, I heard jammy d's mentioned and that was it.. Lol
    Skeggy has been very cold and wet today, hoping for better tomorrow. Having said that we are having a real good time, all having a great laugh at one anothers expense :shock: :shock: :eek: :lol::lol:

    Not too bad, had a lot of angina this morning, but it went, thank goodness, with plenty of GTN spray, had a steady day, visiting family (and Mark's of course). Glad you are having a good time in skeggy, looks good.

    what no cake ! from marks' Bubbles.. ooohhh do you remember the belgian chocolate torte they used to do a few years ago now? they used to be mmmmmmmm absolutely divine no other words could describe .

    we ate the cake, ooops, I do remember the chocolate torte's and yes, they were heavenly. We know all the staff in the food hall, it is just a food shop, not very big, but big enough to pack in a billion callories

    Well, I will leave a mountain of hugs, a trolley load of energy, bottles of well wishes and all the usual medicinal things.

    Seeing as the clock is going to shoot forward, I will have an earlier night, with some chocolates before bed, to settle me down :)

    another coffee then shall be waking daughter up at 7am to get ready for work, then i may just curl up and get some sleep at last.

    had a hen do tonight, so feet etc are now screaming and im shatered, was a good evening though.

    well did you all remember to do clocks ?? i did for change normaly steve ends up doing it . waiting for chicken to cook having it with sweetcorn peas, mash and roast, having low cal pud as well lol to balance it up lol
    right tea while i wait putting fresh flowers on tables lovely to be able to get some daffs from garden val
