Hi everyone
Yes I remembered to put all my clocks forward an hour and went to bed an hour earlier as I was working this morning at 7am. However my colleagues both forgot, leaving me to hold the fort with phones ringing like mad, They eventually got in after I phoned them! wouldn't mind but one was the boss! By the time they had arrived I had everything under controle and was even calm enough to make them both a drink to calm their fluster! Think I may have gained a brownie point this morning!

i got in at 4.15 am and stayed up untill i got daughter up fpr work, she had forgot to change the clock so it was a good job i was up.

went out on a hen night,(against my better judgement) with clocks going forward and bus drivers being held up i didnt get home till 4.15

can barely walk now but it was a good night and my mate had a ball so thats all that matters.

Oh Yes - I forgot about your hen night - Crikey its a long time since I came in at 4am- used to do it several times a week - when I was younger and then get up and go to work!
Glad you had a good night. Yes I am ok had a scare on Thurs with my back and am also having probs with my hip - off for hydro in the morning ---after I have got weighed for the diet club!

An early morning hi to one and all, a tad late into the cafe, I should have a fuss round whilst the hugs are being sent, far and wide.

glad that most of these are melamine, or it would look like a Greek Wedding.
looking better already.
I have ordered JD's, eclairs, maltesers, fudge cake, apple and raspberry crumbles, carrot cakes, iced buns with cherries on top, plus all the breakfast supplies.

table cloths and t towels are washed, Val, if you are about, I am sure you won't mind pegging them out for me, cheers hun. I am not good in the mornings, to say the least.

medicine trolley is all ready and full to the brim.

I will take my T and go potter a little more. Look at the time already, it has been a very quick day today.

Hi everyone
Hope you are all ok just popped in for a quick cuppa.
Been for my hydro this morning last session! However I am now being referred to the rehab unit so that I can have longer term hydro and learn how to self manage.
Back hasn't been too good since the flare scare last Thurs so taking it steady, also having probs with right hip. Oh well at least its a nice day today.
Off to work shortly so will catch you all tonight

Hi everyone,

I'm going to have a hot choc and am going to sleep. For some reason I have felt extremely tired all day and body felt very weak. I hope it goes away by tomorrow, must go out and do some shopping, paying bills etc.
