karen my girls are nearly 15 and 16 so i know well what there like, my older one dont sleep well and is a worry wort, the younger one is quieter and bottles things up then throws it all out in one go. they can be very fickle and its a tough age. i hope the time away does you all good, my girls have another week in school then break up and they too are worn out. so go and enjoy your break it will do you all good.

Rich, very nice to be woken up by sunshine and glad that you will have real food to eat later.

Coco, we can simperfise with each other, my youngest is 12 and has A.d.h.d, and is on ritilin. I now realise what I put my parents through, now i'm going through it myself.

But they are wonderful girls, always very polite and helpful to other people.

Wouldn't know what to do without them.

Morning all. Well we booked to go down South so we have timed it well. This time tomorrow I will be on the beach!

Hi Karen, It isn't easy I know.With 2 ASD boys I get to meet a lot of parents with ADHD children too.

I have my constant coughing returned so cannot take my MTX this week and might get sent for an x-ray. So a cuppa would be nice

Sorry you have your cough back, do you know the reason why. And you have two with problems and both boys, you must find it very hard going.

Going to Eastbourne to see my family. I last went 2 years ago a few weeks before my THR and it was a struggle.

Rich Gravesends a little to the left so sadly won't be passing through.

Coughing is worse. It could be a recurring chest infection as I am on immune suppressant drugs.

Another cuppa then and then I going to have a kip.

Elizabeth, have a lovelly time down there, actually we are pretty near to there.

I'm putting the kettle on, or some nice iced squash in the fridge. And, some really super nice cream cakes. Help yourselves there's plenty to go round.
