Just popped in again with some maltesers I found - do you want them?
I am ok at the moment ---having learned when to stop -- mind you although back is not too bad knees have been playing up and neck is starting to go as well so will wish you a pain free night and get off to bed and stretch out

Maltesers, well, how could I refuse. Hard, knowing when to stop, OH is always saying to me "what are you doing now", let me do it. Knees and neck here too, neck has been ok for ages, then it started earlier and went into spasm, not pleasant. You have a restful night, nice and comfy. I won't be late to bed tonight, off to the BIG Tesco tomorrow, with in laws, so I will be in the buggy, whizzing about, hunting down the maltesers, never mind the rest of the shopping, let's get the priorities right. 8) Take lots of care. Not too bad - usual aches and pains-working this afternoon and this morning have agreed to look after my friends 5 yrold daughter whilst my friend goes to opticians. So will have to be on my toes!

morning all had bad stomache last night it at these times wished we had upstairs toilet knees playing up a bit this morning with all the up and down and did not even loose any weight lol wish could be bothered to put hoover around brother coming up this way tomorrow and place looks like tip oh well might do it tomorrow val

Hello all, I have returned from my trip to the South Coast. I had a smashing time and have returned with loads of cider and chocolate. I got to see all my brothers and sisters and lots of relly's I haven't seen for years and some I have never met before!

I feel alive and refreshed so only need an ice cream for this horrible chest infection.

That was is coco, hope we all enjoyed it. No, this is just a glitch, it will come back, I am sure, sometime. I will move a bit nearer the fire, legs are chilled.

i hope it does come back bubbles, im not done with it yet, my vit d levels are realy low. my left hand is fine but my right one is frozen, whats that all about, i hope you are ok bubbles. x

Thanks Bubbles, yes I have my heating on, fortunately today I had a feeling it would be cold tonight so put it on the timer to be on for when I got in from work, I really do not hope that we have had our summer already, It was lovely for the few days it lasted and I felt so much better

That is the "mouse" hand, mine is always chilly. I am not too bad, went to the BIG ENORMOUS Tesco today, was ok for a while, then got panicked and we had to leave, it was all too much, even though I was in the buggy - just had to leave and go have a cuppa in the cafe nearby. So, we won't be going back there again.

Wise move, I put ours on after my nap earlier, always feel cool when you get up, but it was decidedly chilly. Need to take my shed load of evening drugs, wont be so long.

i hate big shopping places myself bubbles, feel like my heart will pop out me chest and run away and my head will explode and have to just get out, its not a nice feeling hun,

right im gonna take more pain killers and a tamazipam. took a fall today and hurt myself, neck is killing me amongst other bits, im shatered so im hoping to be druged up enough to get a bit of sleep soon, will take a cuppa to bed with me,

i hope you both get some sleep tonight, take care xx

Oh coco, I hope you are ok hun, you take care, it is horrid when you fall, I know it all too well.

My feet are freezing. Strange thing neuropathy. How come if your feet are numb you still feel the cold?
