    Well, you beat me too it. Hot chocolate it is, let me go potter around the stove, keep an eye out, I am not so good with pans and hot liquids, let alone mugs and fine china.
    Neruopathy is a strange beast indeed, pain, loss of feeling, horrid, I loathe it. No idea why, I will get my nursing books out and have a read. They call me Matron, seeing as I am a retired (what was the equivalent of a Matron).

    p050.gif there are lots of things on my medicine trolley, for all ailments. My pal, Trish, has a spare set of keys for the trolley, but usually everyone dives in and helps themselves. Hugs and buckets of energy are on the bottom shelf. a065.gif

    If i hear bangs and clattering in the kitchen i will send my husband to help becuase it would be next Tuesday before i got to you :lol:
    Sooo you were a matron? My hubby is a charge nurse in forensic mental health.

    Oh we can compare notes. Mind you, mine will be out of date now. Clattering and banging, that's how the OH knows where I am, knocking things flying and breaking things.
    Ooodles of energy on their way, but will have to limit the Tramadol, got to keep the books in order

    well my lovely's, it is time for me to potter a little, take my night meds and maybe have a malterser or two (my one weakness). Everyone take lots of care and be safe, keep warm, seeing as the sun has gone away for a while.

    MORNING ALL, been awake most of the night :sad: , got things i have to do today so not rest for me till later on, hope everyone got some sleep.

    i see we had a new visitor last night,

    WELCOME dottydoodah from me, i look forward to getting to know you.

    bacon etc is on the go all the vats are filled, tonys pint pot is clean and awaiting his visitm i hope you managed some sleep last night,

    right, im going to raid the meds trolly and hgrab a cuppa also then put my feet up for a bit, have a good day everyone , xx

    Kippers for my brekkie which will upset my daughter when she comes round later. She hates the smell of fish.

    And welcome dotty, not been up long, was really tired last night and this morning I ache all over - can't complain though because I have had a really really good few days, obviosly can't be greedy now can I.
    Well a nice cup of tea for me I think and some pills and see if I can "come round" Anyone want anything?

    I have a plan for your drive to Spain. Do what OH and i did in Australia when we had to drive from Adelaide to Sydney (2 day drive)
    We hired a camper van and one slept in the back while the other one drove and vice versa. Technically illegal but Aus is the land of the free :lol:
    How long would it take to drive to Spain?

    Hi everyone
    Just popping in for a cuppa, not had a good day at all so far, felt achey when I got up and pills didn't do anything to help pull me round felt really tired so went back to bed - fell asleep and woke up with pins and needles in both hands - been up an hour and still don't feel good - going to have to shake myself as I am out with friends tonight.
    Perhaps I need to be on that bus to spain
