I have been posting madly and now I need a builders, hot sweet and strong! Not keen on Christmas cake, but hot apple pie and custard would go down a treat - or maybe sticky toffee pudding? Or treacle tart? Hell with it, let's have them all!

Hope every one has had decent days today? Been a lovely day here, got tidied up outside and inside today, had a burst of energy for some reason.......

was bit silly today hoovered stairs, frontroom,bedroom and also lifted matteress to get electric blanket to put on bed so neck playing up got wheat bag on it more pain meds in a bit so will have large tea val

I am not brilliant tonight, been badly since yesterday.. Couldn't move this morning, been stuck in bed all day again.. Ain't it a b1tch? :x

Hi, Ive got some warm mince pies & lemon cake if you fancy them. I'll just pop kettle on & chuck some logs on the fire.
Must be careful as Cris might be sleeping in the embers.

Tony sorry yous poorly Grab some cake & i'll get you a pot of tetleys.

Bloody post stealing elves.. My hands hurt enough, just typed out a long goodnight to you all as I cannot prop myself up any longer, in too much pain.. And the thing dissapeared, again!!

yes Val i think you should announce it so everyone can pop in and help decorate the tree, eat drink and be merry and we could sing carols etc

we are going to stick with this one i think it quite nice and we have the book shelves up ready and a fire what more can we ask for

Val if were sticking with this one i think i ought to get the curtains & rugs etc out of storage & sort out the cleaning cupboard etc, bit hard with out the smilies but we'll manage.

I found them Rose.
For some reason somebody has stored every thing outside with Marigold. Took me ages to find everything out there buried in hay. :roll:
I'll shove them through the washer & put them up tomorrow.
Best get this place looking good ready for the festivitys.

Right i'll take the curtains & head off towards the washer.

Hi Debs, Rose, Val, Tony........and all who are warming by the fireside. I bet everyone has trotted off to bed, if so, then rest well and take care. I will potter about and make a cup of T. Some cream scones in the fridge if anyone would like one.
