n065.gif I have reported it to Cadbury's and they are sending another tin. I think there has been an invasion, through the tunnel, while we were nodding by the fire Val.

d010.gif getting a bit dusty in here, time for a clean up, before Christmas week d025.gif
Hope everyone is as ok as possible, keeping warm h070.gif To think, I used to love laying on the rug in front of the fire, now I would need a winch, to get me up and down.
I am going to be naughty and have a port and lemon a035.gif We even went out the other night, to the local, invited to local residents Christmas do, had three drinks   last time we went out, was a year ago, to the same do. Bless. Had a nice time though.
Right, I will put on the milk, for hot chocolate. Cakes a plenty, medicine trolley all ready to roll. xx Bubbles

Just popping in to refresh the cakes, put the milk on, made sure all the animals are fed, watered and warm.
Medicine trolley is out and on "auto pilot".
Just realised why I am in a lather, fire is on and the central heating, nice and warm though. Even the cats are sprawled out.

Bed? I am an incurable insomniac and although I am most comfortable in bed, I loathe being there.

It is almost Christmas Eve and high time for some mince pies and a glass of something bubbly. b010.gif I might have a little sing while I dress the tables. Hope everyone is as ok as possible and as ready as can be. Popped to the shops today, supermarket was MANIC, as if they are closing down forever. x:shock:

Always a good sign and a permanent one for the cafe. a230.gif will read through our cards, by the fire. Even though it is not too cold, a little warmth goes a long way. XX Take care, Bubbles

Thanks for the treats Val, I might have to spin them out a bit, having consumed what seems like a million calories in two days. You end up feeling like one big wobbling jelly. A day of eating hardly a thing will not go amiss, just drinks and something light. Everywhere I look there are tins of chocolates, extra thick chocolate biccies, belgian chocolate biscuits, peanuts.............I might have to lie down until New Year.

Right, time to sort out the cafe before new year, I will have a clean round, put out some fresh cakes, wheaties, fleeces. Re light the fire, poor cuddles was perished.
I found this on the wall, so I have popped it in the bin k113.gif   Throwing out good cake, not while I have breath.
the trolley is out, with suitable hangover cures, for those who have one too many sherries on new years eve.

Wishing everyone a happy new year, may it bring a shower of blessings to us all. k098.gif XXX Bubbles

No worries, there is a slight whiff in the air. Let me see what I can do b065.gifb010.gif and a little bit of magic k040.gif

There, a new roof in place, with extra heating lamps. Marigold seems to be rather pleased n030.gif

Now all I need to do is a065.gif This could take a while.

Of course you can Joan, you are more than welcome. Duly hired, with payment in lieu of cakes and other goodies.
e010.gif just whizzing through the pots (as if). h020.gif windows nice and clean, so we can see the dreadful weather, need to keep an eye, we don't want the new roof on Marigold's stable going west again.

I cant remember when the loo''s where last done, best be having a peek, all is quiet, so I will venture in. e010.gif not too bad, all bleached and sparkling. I will just dispose of my rubber gloves and put the kettle on.

Thanks you Rose, a lot of bleach was needed. I did not want to mention the mac, I tried to ignore it and sprayed it with 3 in 1 germ killer, best be safe.

I am all set for the cruise, hospital wing, wonderful quarters, with large windows and balcony. Now, I I hear the kettle is on. I have checked that the roof is still on, it is SO terrible outside and has been for what seems to be days and days.
