    morning all.

    a very strong coffee, black with lots of sugar and two match sticks to hold the eye lids up. hardly slept at all.

    any one want a cuppa?

    my son has been trying to grow a beard whilst he is home on leave and its driving him mad also. he has reduced it to a goaty because of the itch so i simpathise (sp :shock: ). i have a front room full of teenage girls who slept over last night ( i use the word slept loosly) im just awaiting the mass raid on the kitchen by the tired grumpy angels :lol:

    I am in shock this morning...I went to bed at 10 30....and slept for 9 hours :shock: cant believe it....but I feel so tired

    Morning all, multyplying posts eh, gotta watch them, they start to breed if you water them after midnight, lol..

    Thanks for all your posts about the knees.
    The injections went well, bit sore due to the scar tissue but when I woke this morning, they felt fantastic, till I moved them, haha.. Think they need to rest a bit more but at least they feel slightly normal which they haven't done for many many yrs!!

    I woke up as fresh as a daisy too... Plenty of energy but can't do owt with it :shock: :lol:

    Thanks Barbs, well, I am still at home, although I was ready to phone for an ambulance this morning, when I woke up and could not breathe. Anyway, that settled and I was up at the crack of dawn.
    Periods of feeling ok and then really rough, like now. I dread coughing as the pain is terrible. Hoping that the AB's will start to kick in soon. Want to nap, but dare not lay down.

    No barbs I won't, I am sure if I could manage a little sleep, I would feel better, I don't want it to end up as pneumonia, if it isn't already. Mind you, they would only pump more of the same antibiotics into me. If I feel any worse later, I will ring the out of hours.
    Glad you enjoyed your shopping, OH nipped into town, no way I could have gone with him.
    Cake, well, something moist and not crumbly, or I will cough it everywhere.

    there you go bubbles some nice soft lemon sponge...like you say at least you are taking the ABs, do you know anything about the pneumonia injection you can have, wonder if it is worth having..

    logs on the fire and boiler filled up ready for a brew, cupcakes on the side and some dead fly pancakes(they have fruit in them), there is a few stottie cakes with various fillings, oh yer and some welsh cakes, should keep you all going

    Hi Coco ...think I will have a hot chocolate with you...I know what you mean about sitting....my OH is laughing at Me walking round ....every time I get up he goes to get the laptop...but I beat him to it :)

    im driving the kids mad as im up and down like a yoyo, solved the computer sharing problems. i pinched me sons net book :D

    Oh marshmellows...yes please...I could really do with a little net book...I struggle to pick this monster up :roll:

    i have to say this for the net book it easier to lug about and easy on the hands, i didnt think i would get on with it but i prefere it to my normal lappy which the kids seem to have robbed.

    here are your marshmallows to go with your hot chocolate :D

    Seem to be on my own, just came in for a cuppa and some biccies.

    Will sit over here by the window, I know it's dark........when are we going to put up the outside fairy lights? I love seeing them in a garden.

    The wind has dropped here, very quiet and still tonight, fog by morning if it doesn't pick up a bit........
